Oceanfront gerenoveerd luxe penthouse / koeling Trades & A / C / LICHT & HELDER

Koeling oceaanhandel of een 36.000 BTU A / C-eenheid houdt je koel in de slaapkamer en de woonkamer. Dit Penthouse is geweldig. Het is op de bovenste verdieping met de hoogste panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan. U zult genieten van alles over uw luxe condo. Verbouwing voltooid onlangs met nieuwe, moderne, comfortabele meubels. Handelswinden of A / C zorgen ervoor dat uw hele Condo comfortabel blijft van de woonkamer tot de slaapkamer, uitstekend om te slapen. Een aangepaste opening in de slaapkamer muur laat de zachte bries door afkoeling van de slaapkamer te stromen. U hebt een aparte A / C-eenheid voor de grote woonkamer en een extra A / C om de slaapkamer te koelen. Je hebt een nieuwer kingsize comfortabel bed, een met hout bewerkt Hawaiiaans hoofdeinde, een 55-inch tv aan de muur, een ruime kast voor al je kleding, een plafondventilator en moderne plantation-rolluiken. In uw badkamer met prachtige tegelwerk, de inloopdouche biedt gemakkelijke toegang. Bad en strand handdoeken zijn aanwezig, samen met een föhn. Uw keuken heeft een 30 "bereik waardoor veel kookruimte of gewoon opwarmen van een item. De 25 "full-size koelkast kunt u opslaan en items gemakkelijk verwijderen zonder buigen. Al het meubilair in de woonkamer is georiënteerd in de richting van de oceaan, met inbegrip van een tweede 55 "muur gemonteerde TV. Perfect spot in Poipu!

This place was a perfect spot for our 5th Wedding Anniversary. Every morning eating breakfast on the Lanai, listening to the waves at night. This condo was in a quiet spot with access to shopping, restaurants, and multiple beaches. We often sat down with crowd in front of the condo building watching the surfers and seeing the sun set. We had 0 problems during our stay and can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Gorgeous view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Kauai condo! Lots of natural light and we loved sitting on the balcany watching turtles swim around in the cove. My husband did a bit of snorkeling around the property as well! Everything was comfy and the location was great! We loved eating at the adjacent Beach House and watching the sunset. Would love to come back!!

Absolutely perfect!

Where do I start? From the moment we booked with Nancy (the owner), we felt welcomed! She contacted me and made sure everything went smoothly. This is our second time staying in this particular condominium property. The first time, we stayed on the opposite end, penthouse corner overlooking the surfers and restaurant. It was an incredible view, but way too loud (between the people from the restaurant and the loud pounding surf). Nancy’s unit overlooks the serene blue ocean with mountain views as well…both breathtaking! The bedroom is in the back, so you hear the waves, but it’s a gentle soothing sound with the trade winds cooling us off at night! No need for air conditioning (but it’s available if needed). The condominium is perfectly located with great shopping and restaurants nearby. There is a beach you just walk to and the blow hole is right around the corner! We enjoyed golfing three times at a beautiful course, hiked twice on opposite ends of the island, and loved each morning’s sunrise and sunset! The condo is well equipped with everything you need, including beach chairs and large beach towels. One of our favorite things was sitting on the lanai each day, sipping coffee and watching the many sea turtles right from our balcony! We also enjoyed a spectacular show of whales breaching each day! We loved our stay so much; we can’t wait to book this exact place again soon! Thank you for sharing your beautiful and magical home with us, Nancy and Doug!

Very Disappointing - Misleading Description & Owner Urged No Review Unless it was 5-Star

My previous stays at Kuhio Shores were wonderful, but this unit fell short of expectations. The property description was misleading in multiple ways: Bedroom-We did not see or hear the ocean from the bedroom as advertised; it is close to parking lot and near a busy restaurant, not the "quiet location" advertised; not a "master" bedroom nor "retreat", bathroom across the hall; blankets appear worn; no extra sheets. (FYI, small coin laundry room closes at 9 p.m.) Amenities- Sparse and low quality "starter basics” (e.g., very diluted hand soap, very thin toilet paper; “spices provided” were only salt and pepper, no aluminum foil) When we requested clean sheets, our needs were not met. Overall, the experience did not align with the property description nor meet the "luxury" standard advertised. In addition, the owner sent an unsolicited email (on checkout day) and here is an excerpt: “If you feel a 5-Star review is not appropriate, instead of writing a review, … Please give me the opportunity to accommodate you…. Again, thank you for not writing a review.” There were additional messages telling us it is best not to write a review. I provided the full email to VRBO.

The location of our stay was perfectly situated to walk or drive short distances to everywhere we wanted to enjoy on the south/west areas of the island. Our host offered perfect recommendations and communicated exceptionally well. We would definitely stay again if back in the Poipu and Kōloa area. Fantastic hosts and beautiful area!!!

WONDERFUL OCEANSIDE CONDO

We had a very enjoyable 7 day stay in this great condo with gorgeous ocean views. This condo was comfortable, well equipped, quiet and perfect for a couple celebrating their Anniversary, The ideal location is close to restaurants, shopping, beaches and other activities. Lovely stay!

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this well appointed condo. The location was fabulous, and the favorite thing was being able to sit on the lanai and turtle watch in the small cove. Easy access from the airport and other main attractions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place overlooking the an inlet of the ocean. Everything was great! I like the smaller beach and grassy area to hang out on with a very small crowd. It’s close to poipu beach but, in my opinion they’re way too crowded. The only thing I would add to it is some kind of screen, that still allows you to see through, out on the deck/patio so you can drink your morning coffee without it being to hot. The sun rises on this side and it isn’t cool enough To sit until late afternoon.
