The host was in constant communication to make sure everything was perfect — and the place was spotless when we arrived. 'If you want tranquility and the best views from every room, Villa Sofia is a great choice. The rooms are spacious - there are essentially four master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Of course, we spent most of our time basking in the sun on the pool deck or one of the other balconies. This was a perfect choice for our family of five, and it could comfortably accommodate more than double that.'

'We stayed here for 3 nights and it was lovely. Slightly removed from busy Korcula, in a quiet spot on the island, about 20 metres from a small inlet. We have teenage/ adult children so 2 cabins worked well for us. The pool and facilities were lovely. A couple of places to eat nearby and Korcula town was only a 5-10 minute drive. Wineries were also only about 10 minutes away. Walking distance to a number of beach / swimming areas.'
