Historic Waterfront House is an authentic stone house set directly on the seafront in Muo, overlooking the spectacular Bay of Kotor. Just steps from the front door, guests have direct access to the sea and a waterfront swimming spot traditionally used by the house and conveniently enjoyed by our guests.

The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable living and dining area. A cosy fireplace corner with a small sofa and two armchairs creates the perfect place to relax on cooler evenings. Air conditioning, free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and TV provide everything needed for a comfortable stay.

At the rear of the house, spacious terraces offer peaceful mountain views, outdoor seating, and a relaxing setting away from the waterfront.

Life on the bay is a spectacle of its own. Cruise ships, elegant yachts and sailing boats regularly pass through the waters in front of the house, making it a wonderful place to simply sit and watch the bay. Nature occasionally brings its own surprises too — in June 2025, even a whale spent several days in the bay.

From October to May, guests can enjoy a truly special experience — barbecuing directly by the water on the small waterfront pier. During the warmer months, the pier is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying life by the bay.
