Great hotel right in the famous Tsim Sha Tsui!
Great hotel in the middle of the famous Tsim Sha Tsui at walking distance of three MTR stations, four harbors, a few bus stops and taxis right in front of you, this location was ideal for us as mobile active visitors. We had a deluxe family room, which is in fact quite spacious - even for European standards. The strength of this hotel is that it provides what it does best: a clean, modern, double air-conditioned, spacious hotel room. It does not need an in-house restaurant, as with numerous excellent culinary neighbors, supermarkets and bakeries in the same street, the genuine taste of this particular area of Hong Kong is in very capable hands. Friendly, hard working, polite and foremost *competent* staff, adds to this enjoyable stay. It is good to see a new young generation is truly contributing to the positive Hong Kong Tourism experience, capable of understanding multiple languages, competent and resourceful to solve day-to-day problems and addressing logistics questions a guest may have. Successfully countering the prejudice that all people from Hong Kong are rude.

Small hotel in prime shopping districk in TST. Spacious modern room well equipped. Very environmental conscience- towel changed only upon request. all soap/shampoo refillable. 3 min from MRT. Shopping and restaurants galore in vicinity. Fair value for money. HKG is very expensive city.

いつも地下鉄の出口に近い別のホテルに宿泊していましたが満室のため、初めてこちらに滞在しました。全体的には可もなく不可もなく部屋も大きめです。ただし、シャワールームの入り口や壁に前の宿泊者の髪の毛がへばりついていたりと、毎日清掃が入らないことでの不潔さは否めません。 フロントのチェックインタイムのスタッフはとても感じの良い方ですが、夜の時間はアルバイトの人なのか、良い印象は受けませんでした。 香港はこういう場所だからと思っている方には良いかもしれません。 日本語はほとんど通じないこと、それと、アダプターを持っていかないと充電等できません。 近くで買って来てと言われますので事前に準備されることをお勧めします。 宿泊することだけであれば良いかと思われますが清潔さを重視される方にはお勧めしません。

We extended our stay here twice and ended up spending 7 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Yuko and Sarah. They gave some great suggestions for restaurants and was very helpful with directions. One of the major complaints I see is people complaining about is the size of the beds. Be mindful that this is Hong Kong. The rooms are going to be smaller. A queen size bed is much smaller than a regular size American queen. That goes for all sizes of beds. So be mindful of this when selecting your hotel. The hotel does not provide daily house keeping. So if that’s your desire than this hotel is not for you. One other important thing to note is the rooms do not have heat. Only AC. So if you are one to get cold easily than again this hotel is not for you. A couple of things that make this hotel a great choice is the location. Restaurants galore right out the front door and the MTR train station is only two blocks away. Lastly the hotel offers a lounge area in the basement for an extra $70HK. The lounge has a full on kitchen, coffee maker, big screen TVs, laundry machines, a yoga or meditation room with limited dumbbells. Definitely worth the extra $70. Overall, I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location
Located at a very convenient location with easy access to malls, shopping streets and MTR station. Dash Living is a service hotel, rooms are adequately sized with a lot of storage (closets, cabinets). Do note that they only provide fresh change of towels and clearing of rubbish in the rubbish bin daily, with housekeeping only performed once every 7 days. The bed was comfortable and the check-in experience was OK, however the thermostat was not functional and the room temperature was set at a constant 17-18 degrees during December and we were unable to increase the room temperature to a more comfortable heat level.

Great location, friendly staff But the management use ‘service apartment’ as a justification for very minimal housekeeping. We stayed for more than a week, only had cleaning once, and that cleaning was not thorough - toilet not properly cleaned (drain still slow). Though we know we pay for the location, but for the price range, we expected a little bit more after sales services.

Hotel gas been refurbish after the pandemic and even they have tried to improve generally the outcome is negative. Location is great , price is fair But service has been reverse to negative. They do not make the room in the whole week and just provide towels. The light in the bathroom is not enough to be able to shave yourselves Shower is tiny Tgerevis not service during night hours which make comunicación and check in frustrating and a liability.
