Fijn hotel
Prima hotel.....prijs kwaliteitverhouding is in balans. Het hotel is gesitueerd in een rustige groene omgeving. Er is een pendeldienst tussen hotel en strand (5 min). Bij het strand zijn diverse eettentjes waar het uitstekend vertoeven is. Gastvriendelijkheid wordt hier nog in hoofdletter geschreven😊

Rustige plek
Dit hotel hebben we bezocht in augustus, waarin het heel rustig was. Er waren maar twee mensen van het familiebedrijf aanwezig. Niettemin hebben we een prettige ervaring gehad met het hotel. Prima persoonlijke verzorging.

Niet in het laag seizoen gaan
Wij waren eind augustus in dit hotel en bleken de enigste gasten te zijn. De service was niet best. Omdat we nog moe waren de 1ste avond na aankomst wilden we in het hotel dineren. Dat bleek niet mogelijk in het laag seizoen. Aangezien het hotel erg afgelegen ligt was dit een probleem. Na veel praten kregen we een hapje rijst met een sate-tje. Daar werd later wel een flink bedrag voor in rekening gebracht. Toen wij de volgende ochtend een half uurtje te laat voor het ontbijt waren moesten wij het ontbijt apart nogmaals betalen. We hadden incl. betaald. Ook de shutelbus reed uitsluitend op vastgestelde tijden of we moestn apart betalen ondanks dat we de enigste gasten waren en de eigenaar zelf het busje reed. Kortom de service is ronduit slecht in het laag seizoen.

Beautiful Resort with Amazing Service
This was our favorite stay in Thailand. Bhiraya was so helpful the entire time. We got there at 9:30pm without letting her know that we were getting in so late, and she waited for us to come in. When we asked what food was still open, she called a Thai restaurant that does free shuttle service to come pick us up even though they were basically closed. They also have scooters to rent, which was so convenient. When we told them we were gonna drive it very far, she had her guys do extra maintenance checks to ensure we were able to make it there and back. Excellent service all around; can't get more value than that.

Jäime majutusega rahule. Ülihea teenindus, tähelepanelik ja hooliv. Hotell ei asu suurte teede ääres, rahulik. Kindlatel kellaaegadel liikuv hotelli transfeer oli väga asjalik. Parim rand asus kõige lähemal. Hommikusöök lihtne, aga piisav. Toad puhtad.

Skuffende
Greit hotell med fin beliggenhet. Dessverre skuffer det på flere områder som gjør at vi ikke vil anbefale dette hotellet til andre. Svært dårlig service, på grensen til arrogant. Det første vi fikk høre ved innsjekk var hvor billig pris vi hadde fått gjennom hotels.com. Hele holdingen til personalet fikk oss til å føle oss uvelkomne fra første stund. Vi spiste første lunsjen i hotellets restaurant. Restauranten hadde ingen andre gjester enn oss, det hadde den ikke de 10 dagene vi bodde der for utenom til frokost. Lunsjen resulterte i matforgiftning for to av familiemedlemmene. En av oss ble innlagt på sykehuset, hvor det ble tatt prøver og det ble konstatert at matforgiftningen stammet fra denne lunsjen. Heldigvis fikk vedkommende effektiv behandling, og var frisk igjen ca en uke etter. Hunder og katter går løse rundt på hotellet inkl i hotellets kjøkken. De gjør fra seg på teppene og diverse steder både inne og ute. Det ene hotellrommet vårt var svært skittent med bl a dyre-ekskrementer på gulvet (gekko, rotter eller mus), brukt håndsåpe, dusjen var så seig at man måtte bruke sandaler og sengetøyet ble ikke skiftet under oppholdet. Shuttle-bussen til byen går til stadighet før tiden. Da vi spurte om hvorfor, fikk vi streng beskjed om å komme tidligere og at de fulgte sitt eget ur. Elendig frokost og kjøkken generelt. De siste dagene fjernet de alt, selv juice. Alt måtte bestilles fra kjøkkenet pga for få gjester med frokost inkludert. Styr unna!

Thank you so much for your feedback but let the hotel clarify what you complaint. 1. First of all when you checked in, the reception informed you that you were so lucky to book the room with a really good promotion and she really meant it that you were so lucky. On the other hands you still replied her with a proudly sentence that you are always lucky to find the cheapest one. Therefore there was nothing shown that the receptionist was unwelcoming. 2. On your original booking the child is not including in the booking. When she informed that if you added the correct number of guests on your booking you would see that the child was supposed to be charged. Anyway when the reception informed you that the child should have paid too you were so angry and were not willing to pay for a child at first time and also you still said to the reception that you would write the bad comment about our hotel if you had to pay. After that the hotel contacted expedia market manager and expedia customer service to informed them that you have one more child too which was not including in the original booking. After you have seen the hotel contacted expedia you were willing to pay right away. Moreover, the hotel still charged you less than what you were supposed to pay through expedia and I guess the hotel is nice enough to do that. 3. Regarding to the food poisoning, to be informed that since this hotel is opened for 14 years no one never ever had a food poisoning here at all. You can read our hotel reviews from everywhere. Most of the guests always say that our food was really good and anytime if some guests ate outside and got food poisoning they always come back and eat in the hotel’s restaurant. Moreover at that time there were so many guests had food here including you and if our food was not clean enough why I still saw you order food by the pool many days even your mom got food poisoning from our hotel. I knew from your dad that you just came from Lanta Island. Have you ever thought about the food you had before coming here? 4. Also when your parents needed to go to the hospital the hotel's reception was the one who helped them to contact the hospital and manage the hospital to pick them up from the hotel? I guess she has done many things to help out your parents so she is not unwelcoming person at all. Moreover after they stayed at the hospital for 2 days the reception still called the hospital and checked if anyone came to visit your parent and if they were ok . 5 On the first day when you went the restaurant even there is only your room having lunch at that time it does not mean that there is no guests at all in the hotel. Most of the people here came for a quiet holiday and most of them never ever care about how many people were staying in this hotel except you. 5. Regarding the breakfast at the hotel. the hotel never informed that buffet breakfast is served everyday and on hotels.com the hotel has already inform that Cooked-to-order breakfast is

The hotel was dated and everything was to much trouble For them. on my booking I requested a baby cot, when we arrived there wasn’t one in the room not only that they had put us on the 2nd floor with no lift, we asked to be moved but there wasn’t any rooms available until our second week, so for the first week we had to lug 2 prams up and down the stairs, we asked to be moved to the ground floor, which was such a hard ship for them to swap a booking before they checked in. I also injured my knee whilst on holiday and asked for some ice A few times to take down the swelling, after the second time they told me I had to get it myself as I was taking up to much of there time, so I didn’t ask again! The swimming pool was filthy. Food service was shocking, we ordered a small lunch for our children we waited 30mins to be told it was sent to the wrong table, where they ate it, so they had to cook it again we waited another 10-15mins for one plate to be sent out and the second one followed around 15mins later! Bearing in mind we ordered two of the same dish! We ordered Food a few times Thinking it might have just been a busy day but on average we waited at least 30-45mins for two plates of lunch, and most of the time there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant. when we complained about the slow service and hairs in our food we got shouted at and they said “we don’t need your money, you can leave and stay somewhere else”. Would not recommended this hotel! They made us feel unwelcome.

Thank you so much for your feedback and before you complaint our hotel please read what you have done wrong while you were staying here. 1. Regarding to your booking on both of 2 rooms, on your original booking, on the first room you only had one adult and one child 3 years old and on the second room you had 2 adult and one baby. You did asked for a baby cot but never asked for a room on the ground floor. Anyway, when you arrived one more adult showed up and she was not even in the booking. The hotel still allowed you to check in without extra charges for extra adult even the number of people was not correct. You only paid for a baby cot which was extra charge and it was mentioned on hotels.com. I guess if you booked another hotel the reception would not allow you to check in at all unless you amended the booking. 2. On your booking you have never ever requests that you needed to be in the ground floor and you only requests for a baby cot. That was why the hotel did not arrange the room on the ground floor. Moreover we arranged you on the high floor due to the view is more beautiful. 3. The hotel manager tried to swap your room with another new coming guests right away after you requested to be on the ground floor and yes you would get on the second week not not that day due to fully booked. After she did swap the room for you and you just changed your mind again not to move anymore so she needed to reorganized the room again. Then on the next day after you had a knee problem you did asked her to swap the room again and she still did it for you even it made her need to reorganized everything again. 4. When you asked for the ice you never said that you had a knee problem until a hotel manager brought an ice for you and found out that you had a knee problem but none of us had never seen you came to get an ice by yourself. You just came once to ask for ice and our hotel staffs were the one who brought you ice every time including a hotel manager too. 5. A hotel manager also gave you the crutches that the previous guests left at the hotel and she still allowed you to use that crutches for the your stay here which I do not think other hotel would have done. 6. For the food, you were here during Christmas and New Year so we were fully booked. Many guests ordered food all day and the restaurant is always so busy. Also If you noticed you would have seen that most people including YOUR FAMILY only stayed by the pool and ordered food all day. Even there was no guests in the restaurant like you said but it does not means that the kitchen has no order to cook. The kitchen still had so many orders all day from the guests who stayed by the pool including your family and from room service order too. So this is why you had to wait little long time same as others. But no one complaint except your family and they were still nice enough to said that " Take your Time We are not so hurry and we are on HOLIDAY" Actually, If you do not want to wait too long

Nice family run hotel
Andamanee Boutique Resort is an idyllic hotel 10 minutes by shuttle to Ao Nang Beach. The hotel provides free shuttle service and pick-up every 2 hours. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed every single day. Staff also assist with booking boat trips. We had a lovely speedboat trip to four of Phi Phi Islands. I can highly recommend the hotel if you don't want to stay amidst crowds and traffic noise. The hotel is ideal for families with children. I add a picture with a view from the room we had.

Very friendly staff
It was very nice hotel and me and my friend really enjoyed our staying. Staff is very friendly and helped us a lot with our day trips. There is no public transportation but there is hotel's own "bus" going to beach and back many times a day for free. There wasn't many young people staying during our stay and pool was very quiet so I would recommend this for people who wants to enjoy peaceful holiday and for families also.

Welcoming Stay
I couldnt be happier with my stay here! The service provided was incredible! Prior to arriving in Krabi I called asking for an airport pick up, I was advised against this 700bht option as I was solo and was given a 150bht option instead. I could have easily been ripped off but instead wa offered genuine advice. Upon check in I got more than I bargained for with the owner organising my Phi Phi travel arrangements for me. I was exhausted after weeks of backpacking but the hotel room provided me with pure comfort and the room service was delicious. I even left my phone adapter and charger in the room and they held onto it for me until I returned to pick it up. I can never thank the owner enough for the kind and welcoming hospitality and I will forever be greatful. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Krabi I would recommend you stay here!

Thank you so much for your feedback and actually on your booking it was mentioned that there were only 2 people coming but when you shown up it turned out that one more child at 5 years old came too. Normally when you make a booking you should have added your child in the booking too then extra bed for your child will be charges automatically from hotels.com without any negotiation like you did when you arrived at the hotel. The hotel has already compromised with you by letting you only pay baht 300 for sharing the room due to you were the one who said that you didn't need an extra bed. Now why you complaint for what you asked the hotel to do. Regarding to Indian broke things and be late I really think there is nothing to do with you and why you brought this up. I remembered you are Malaysian so only give us the feedback about yourself only. Regarding to the lift and our hotel's s location the hotel has already mentioned in hotels.com that there is no lift and the hotel is 800 meters from Nopparatthara beach. So for your next booking on any hotel please read all hotel's detail carefully before making the booking and you won't complain for what the hotel has already informed.

Thank you so much for your feedback and I recognized who you guys were. You were the 6 people who ordered 16 dishes and never ever finished even one dish in ever morning breakfast and also made our restaurant so dirty every morning. Also you guys still hold the room and didn't leave the room after check out time and it made out housekeeping had a hard time to clean the room for new coming guests. You were still the one who made so noisy at the hotel lobby while you were waiting for your pick up to Phuket after the check out time and you never ever care others. Actually the hotel staffs allowed you to hang out at the lobby and also kept your luggage in our hotel storeroom it was great enough for you but the problem that you guys never ever respect the hotel staff and made so many problem here. So if you guys behave your self and respect hotel staffs like others then you won't have this issue here. Moreover if you are a doctor like you informed the hotel staffs then you were supposed to have well behave to deserve to be a doctor.

This place is placed a bit off so it's calm and cozy. It's runned by a family and they are very friendly and kind even though it also means that are under staffed. They work hard so their guests have a pleasant stay. They also have free transport to the beach several times a day. Nice pool cozy rooms.

Good hotel in a quiet area. Helpful staff. The pool view rooms are bright and clean enough. The balcony overlooking the pool is a perfect spot to unwind after spending a day in Aonang. The hotel is not within walking distance to the beach areas, but there is a shuttle that will take you to town. The pool is so nice! Overall, a good place to relax and escape the large crowds of Aonang.

Helt greit, dårlig renhold.. vi var der i 8 dager og de byttet aldri dynetrekket. Vi måtte spørre om det etter 6 dagen. -såpen i dusjen gikk tom etter 2 dag, de fylte aldri på igjen. -ikke lov å ha med mat utenfra hotellet. - aircon. Bråkte, vanskelig å sove. - maten på hotellet var ille, bestilte phad thai en gang og pizza en annen gang.

Actually, anything you didn't have in the room you can just ask the housekeeping anytime and they were willing to give you always. Regarding to the food since this hotel is opened for 13 years you were the first one who said that our food was not good but thank you again anyway for your stay here as well as your comment.

We loved our stay here in Krabi! Very clean and beautiful resort. Resort is located very close to the beach and the hotel also provides free shuttles so you can save money on taxis. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and informed. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel but hard to get to the city from the hotel. Doesn’t have a restaurant. No room amenities. The AC was stuck on high the whole time. And behind the hotel is a dirty lake that smells

Thank you so much for your feedback but actually the hotel offers 6 times a day free shuttle bus to the beach so it is not too hard to go there if you take our free bus. Also the hotel has restaurant on site so you can order food from 10.00 - 21.00 everyday after breakfast time. Also for the amenities you might not see that there are shower cream and shampoo in the dispenser in the shower room and also shower cap and hair dryer in the bathroom. Regarding to the dirty lake behind our hotel due to it is outside of our hotel and it belongs to another owner so the hotel can not do anything.

Wow..... describes this hidden gem. It’s off the beaten path, quiet at night and feels like a resort. The owner speaks great English and the poor lady I don’t think ever sleeps, she is to busy running around making sure guests are happy and the place is running top notch. The 7/11 is a few minute walk from hotel. Pick up and drop off at beach was GREATLY appreciated. Would recommend to others and definitely stay here again if we visit Krabi.

Ao Nang is amazing - Andamanee is very good for a budget friendly hotel... Clean and friendly the owner / manager and daughter work tirelessly around the hotel all day everyday to make it the best experience for their guests. Only downside came over a miscommunication regarding what was included on a day trip we booked... watch out for those national park fees - (400 BHT per person) turned a lovely day out into an expensive day out

Regarding to the PP island trip, actually I have already informed your wife since the day both of you booked this trip that you should have paid for a national park fee when you arrived there. Actually there were 7 more people who went the same trip with you that day and they had to pay same as your group. I guess your wife might forget and also you were the one who only made the payment but you didn't know what I informed your wife before about this trip Anyway, thank you so much for your stay and please be sure that the price you have paid was not too expensive at all. Actually there were 2 Indians who joined this trip with you on that day they were offered to pay baht 2800/person from out side. .

プールビューの部屋に夫婦で滞在しました。オーナーをはじめスタッフがとても親切で日本びいきです。施設はやや古いですが清掃は行き届いております。過剰なサービスがなく、静かでのんびりと過ごすには最適の宿です。アオナンビーチまで無料送迎バスが1~2時間ごとに出ているほか、送迎付きツアー・送迎付き夕食もレコメンドしてもらい、丸二日間でも十分にクラビを楽しめました。コンビニは歩いて10分掛からないところにセブンイレブンとファミリーマートがあります。他の宿泊客は洗練された方が多く、プールでのんびりしているロシア人の家族連れと会話を楽しめました。それと看板犬のポメラニアンがいて、背中をナデナデしてあげたら喜んでいました。

Trevligt hotell
Stora och rena rum, väldigt trevlig personal. Bra med bussar som gick till stranden, helt gratis. Hotellet låg lite avsides men gjorde inte så mycket då bussarna gick.

Dejligt, roligt hotel i naturskønne omgivelser
Dejligt, roligt hotel. Velegnet til især børnefamilier og voksne. Grundet den noget rolige beliggenhed ikke velegnet til festglade, unge mennesker. Tæt på dejlig strand (ca. 1000 m gang), men gaden ned til stranden dog ikke velegnet til at gå på. Her bør køres. Man mærker naturen på stedet - og vågner ofte til hanegal. God mulighed for netop at opleve de lokale - og stort marked ikke langt væk. Stedet føles familiært. De samme ansatte, som også kender dig. Super god service, og receptionen hjælper meget gerne med alle slags udflugter. Er du til rigtig luxus spa (ikke den små-snuskede massage du kan få overalt i Thailand), arrangeres dette også. Du bliver hentet og bragt til hotellet med privat chauffør fra spa'en - og bliver forkælet til absolut gode priser. Prisliste på hotel. Fik et meget stort værelse - over 40 m2 med dejlig stor balkon - og der var, hvad der skulle være. Stort badeværelse. Gratis værdi-box. Dog ganske få tv-kanaler. På den lidt negative side var WIFI noget ustabil. Men det virkede som regel.
