Goed verblijf, eindje van het strand.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel, hotel dat eens nood heeft aan vernieuwing. Minpuntje was het ontbijt, geen afwisseling en weinig keuze, best dat er een seven Eleven over het hotel was.

Pool area was incredible. Really set the property above others. A bit of a walk to beach and busy area. If you didn’t want to walk cabs are available. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff very helpful. Room air conditioner was not working well. Overall a good stay.

Bookede få dage før ankomst - vores lovede værelse mod pool var ikke ledigt så første nat mod gaden - alm gadelarm. Værelserne er noget aldersslidte (trætte) - men prisen tilsvarer standarden - udemærket klassisk morgenmad - ingen store overraskelser. Superbe hotel avec une magnifique piscine. La chambre était grande et très confortable. Un peu éloigné de la plage et des commerces. Pas de signal Wifi dans la chambre, et faible signal sur la terrasse.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I REPEAT: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, it’s barely a 3 star! I booked a 5 day stay here based on reviews on google and Expedia and the 4 star rating. STAFF: Not helpful. I was 3 hours early for check in (due to my flight arrival time) and the check in process was disorganized and slow. My room wasn’t ready for an hour past start time. ROOMS: DIRTY! EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC. I was immediately disgusted by the state of the room as I walked in. Staff does NOT clean the rooms or change the sheets. The first room I was put in (“Premium Swim Out”) still had HAIR IN THE BATHTUB & SHOWER. Rooms are unpainted. Writing on furniture and walls. Cracks on walls. Bathroom fixtures rusted and dirty. I immediately called Expedia and went to the front desk and the staff was unwilling to help! The staff moved me to a “newer room” with dirty bedsheets and a dirty shower. Again, old rooms, old fixtures, nothing like the photos posted online. 3 days and the staff never changed the sheets or cleaned the bathroom. They put water and “new towels” (Some of which had stains; the towels shed) and say that they’ve cleaned your room. FOOD: not good. Considering a great meal directly outside the resort will cost you about $5 CAD the included breakfast here is horrible. I bought breakfast every morning. The outside aesthetic of the hotel is the only nice thing about this place- it’s extremely deceiving.

Beware!! Alert!!! We booked the Hula Hula resort from expedia and we got the room as per choice and confirmation mail and everything but when we reached they said they are overbooked and now they can give some other hotel option which was not that good also cost wise lower then what we paid. So we asked for refund and they said they will return only partial amount and deduct service tax and other charges that too without using a single service they didn’t even offered water. We contacted expedia as well but nothing happened and while transferring refund they again deducted some heavy charges bcoz we didn’t had account in the bank which they asked for. So without using any facility or services or room we almost paid 150 SGD to them as we booked 2 rooms for 3 days. Like this they might cheat u as well so please beware before booking.

We were able to source and refill white bread within minutes after.Due to considerable amount of damage and loss in the past years, we do not permit pool towel brought to beach or to anywhere outside hotel. Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse!
Fint och lugnt ställe strax utanför centrum, lite få solstolar vid poolen (fanns visserligen inte så mycket plats för fler heller). Personalen var trevlig. Gick transfer flera gånger om dagen till och från Ao Nang beach och en annan strand jag inte minns namnet på. Frukosten är också bra. Vi bodde 3 nätter med pool access mest för att komma närmare Krabi flygplats (var på Koh Lanta övrig tid i Thailand).

Bra hotell med ganska bra läge. Gick buss till stan/ stranden flera gånger om dagen vilket underlättade. Fint men litet poolområde - dock skugga större delar av dagen. Helt okej frukost. Trevligt hotell och hade kunnat bo där igen :)

I would stay here again. We had a pool access room which was a good choice with your own sun beds. The room was very big and we loved the large bed. Breakfast was ok but nothing changed throughout our 10 day stay. It was about a 10 minute walk to Aonang beach and the main area for restaurants, which was fine for us. The hotel does provide a shuttle service to the beach and return journeys which we used a couple of times. The swimming pool was very nice and the hotel provided towels each day. The staff were polite and friendly. The rooms could do with redecoration and we did not like the pebble floor within the shower. Nice having a bath in the room though. Hot and cold water was fine and so was the air conditioning. A fridge and kettle were in the room along with a safe and hairdryer👍. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hula Hula and loved Krabi and the lovely weather.

helt ok og god service
Det ser bedre ut på bildene enn i virkeligheten. Det bærer preg av slitasje å dårlig vedlikehold. Vi bodde på deluxe rom og det var stort å rent med en stor (hard) seng. Stort å fint bad men I dusjen var det umulig å få stabil vanntemp. Ved bassenget var det alt for få solsenger og de som var der ble okkupert tidlig, selv om ingen lå der. Poolbaren virket aldri til å bemannet. Alt i alt ett ok hotell med super service fra de ansatte, selv om de 4 stjernene kan diskuteres .

We loved our stay here in this hotel. We had a room with pool entry on the ground floor which I loved for 5nights. The room itself was large with lots of room for Hanging clothes etc. The bathroom was a good size and so used the bath in our room too. People have mentioned cosmetically it needs paint work here and there and some furniture has had wear and tear but it doesn’t spoil the room or holiday for me. The breakfast was super...lots of choice and always plenty. I loved the waffles but eat them hot. My hubby enjoyed the omelettes everyday too. We didn’t use room service as we ate out all the time at night. We did use the 7-11 opposite for drinks for the fridge. I would spend the extra on the pool room again!

Hula Hula's staff was very friendly, but their English is limited. The pool is nice and is under the shadows, which we appreciated given how hot it is. The room was okay, but the bed wasn't comfy. It wasn't a King bed, it was two single beds pushed together. Location isn't great, but they offer a free shuttle to the beach every hour. We didn't enjoy the beach as it isn't a nice one. The most negative element was the restaurant; food is not good at all, we didn't even eat the free breakfast given how poor the quality is. Instead, we used Foodpanda app for deliveries, or went out to eat elsewhere in Ao Nang.

Die Zimmer waren groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Oase der Ruhe die das Hotel versprach war irreführend, da sich im Pool viele Kinder laut gröhlend aufhielten, so dass der Lärmpegel bis spät in die Nacht zu hören war. Im Bad waren die Spender von Duschseife un Haarwaschmittel leer und warmes Wasser gab es eh nicht. Frühstück war erbärmlich und nicht angemessen für Europäer. Es gab 17 Sonnenliegen und etwa die Hälfte an Sonnenschirmen die schon teiweise recht beschädigt waren und das für 70 Zimmer, an den Pool Tüchern waren Löcher und der Stoff löste sich, auf. Nach 14 Tagen gab es Hochwasser im Gang, wir brachen den Urlaub vorzeitig ab, und buchten ein anderes Hotel. Niemals würde ich das Hotel nochmals buchen, oder jemandem Empfehlen.
