The guest room, which sleeps 1 to 2 people, is located on the first floor of the house and features a bed (120x200), a wardrobe, dishes, a coffee maker, and a small table with 2 chairs. The bathroom with a bathtub, which is shared with the landlord, is accessible via the shared hallway. A refrigerator for your exclusive use is also located in the hallway. The vacation apartment is on the upper floor and consists of a living room with a sleeper sofa and an open kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom with two double beds (180x200; separate mattresses). The apartment also features a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living room opens onto a spacious balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available both in the room and throughout the apartment.

A rowboat can be rented upon request.
The 3,000 m² garden features a large lawn for sunbathing and a furnished seating area with a grill.

There is a separate lockable room for bicycles.
