Leuk hotel, op loopafstand van het oudstadscentrum
Prettig. En bink vond het ook leuk. Leuke gastheer. Werden goed geholpen. Bakkerij met heerlijke broodjes en verse koffie aan de overkant.

Prima hotel aan de rand van het oude centrum
We waren met 5 personen en deelden 1 voordeur, met daarna 2 losse appartementen. Ieder een eigen badkamer en een heel ruime slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed en een 2-persoonsslaapbank. Alles lekker schoon, prima handdoeken, etc. Bij 1 badkamer was de bevestiging van de douchekop een beetje wankel en deze werd de dag erna al gerepareerd (was niet door ons doorgegeven, maar door de kamermeisjes). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt met alles er op en er aan. Vervoer naar de luchthaven ook snel en goedkoop geregeld.

Ideaal om Krakau te verkennen
Bij een city-trip is een ruim, stil en centraal appartement vrij makkelijk dit was hier zo. Het appartement ligt niet direct aan de weg en dit zorgt dus dat het echt stil is om te rusten en slapen. Het ontbijt is volledig maar niet echt uitgebreid.

A different building
Abella Suite was not easy to find since there’s no sign in the building wall. When I call them, they didn’t answer the phone immediately and called again a couple of times. And the check in is required at another building and hotel called Yarden. Please note that it’s a different building and check in / check out should be done at the different building

Got there late. No address on the shared building. No hint you are at the right location. Even taxi driver couldn’t figure out. PROVIDE CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS REQUIRING CHECK IN AT ANOTHER LOCATION!!! Saw this same thing happen OVER and OVER again UNNECESSARILY!!!

Soggiorno molto gradito. Pulito, ordinato, e spazioso. Camera doppia bagno molto moderno e pulito. Poco distante dal centro a piedi, e comunque la camera si trova esattamente sopra alla fermata della linea del tram che porta in centro (di cui Cracovia è molto organizzata).

A good location, but a bit noisy
A good location, approximately 10 minutes walk to the old town or central train station from the airport if you don't want to catch taxis. The reception and breakfast area is shared with the 'Yarden' hotel across the street so can be tricky to find for tour pickups and when you arrive. The room was dated but comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is some noise in the rooms - from the street (it's busy) the toilets (they have an electric pump) and soundproofing between rooms could be better. Would be an issue if you were a very light sleeper.

Clean and comfortable room.
This was not our idea of an apartment, it was just an en-suite room (though clean and comfortable) It seemed strange to have to leave the building and cross the road to another building to get our breakfast, or talk to the reception desk (no phone in room) While it was a nice room it was at the front of the building (just a few feet from the road) and there was no hope of sleep without ear plugs due to traffic and trams which started at five in the morning.

Fantastic hotel!
It's not often that I have been treated this good in a hotel before. Since the moment I came in, the personal welcomed me very nicely and polite. The rooms are cozy and well designed (we even had with four people enough space). Moreover it's rare that a hotel breakfast from this category has such diverse and delicious food selection. Just fantastic! Abella has been one of my most pleasant stays in years. Keep up the good work!

Nice hotel, well located
Comfortable stay with friendly staff and good free breakfast. The location is very good, however our room, which was at the front of the hotel, would be noisy in summer as it's on a tram route.

A real taste of Poland
Lovely accommodation. Staff friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast very good with a wide range of food available. Nice garden to sit in. Meals and drinks were served all day at reasonable prices. It was a ten minute walk to the main square, so very conveniently placed. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very close to the main train station and is within an easy walk of all the main sights of the old city. The room was adequate in size and very clean. There were no wifi issues during our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and quite varied. The garden area would have been a great place to have breakfast if the weather had been warmer. 0

Ponte 1 maggio: 2 giorni e 2 notti - 6 donne di Bologna: bellissima città e se siete ben organizzati riuscite a visitare tutto: la stupenda piazza - la chiesa di Santa Maria ...meravigliosa, il quartiere ebraico e la sinagoga - 4 ore da dedicare anche alle miniere di sale col treno senza pronotazioni alle 13.10 circa parte la visita con guida italiana. Hotel perfetto a 10 minuti dal centro e dalla stazione - ottima colazione a buffet - la vita non è cara e si mangia bene con 10 euro

Sehr schöne Altbauappartments & Gartenanlage zum Frühstück - wir haben sogar ein up-graded zu Junior-suite bekommen, da es in dem ersten Zimmer zu laut war an der Strasse, ansonsten schöne, grosse Zimmer, bequeme Betten, obgleich ein Kühlschrank wäre nett, alles in allem sehr angenehm, wenn auch das Wasser nicht immer gleich abfloss in der Dusche und es Probleme mit WIFI gab, wurde dies jedoch bald behoben. würde jeder Zeit weiterempfehlen und gerne zurückkommen. Strassenbahn vor der Nase und 20 minuten zum FLughafen mit dem Taxi - Am besten i-car anrufen.

Abella Hotel was excellent. The only reason I give this experience less then perfect rating is because we traveled in the summer when it was hot and humid and there is no air conditioning but we managed okay. There is also a high volume of street noise because it is on a busy street and with better sound installation this would be perfect. HOWEVER, I would highly recommend this hotel to those traveling with kids. It is roomy and service and breakfast was flawless. (Note: breakfast is included but take what you will eat on the one pass only buffet.) I would definitely use this hotel for my next family trip into Krakow.

Очень чисто и уютно. Уборка ежедневная, свежие полотенца каждый день. wi fi - отличный! Завтрак скромный, очень простой, но всего достаточно - в ресторанчике через дорогу - это очень близко. В номере нет холодильника, это не очень удобно. Зато есть маленький балкон. Расположение хорошее, хоть и не в самом центре, но все рядом. Стойку регистрации не сразу нашли, она рядом с рестораном, где подают завтраки. моя оценка 4+

when we went it was in the mid 30es there was no air con so the room was stuffy and with the windows open very noisy there was no fridge in room to keep drinks cold, but very clean and tidy, breakfast was ok but the same every day ie: bread rolls, cold meat cheese.

Excellent Location, Very Clean and Friendly Staff
The location is 10 min walk from the main square, the room we had was a junior suite which was very big and very clean. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The only thing to watch out for is the check-in reception is across the road at the Yarden Hotel. We waited 2 hours at the Abella for the reception to open and had to phone to be told it was across the road. Expedia should have told us on the booking form!
