We are glad that we were able to help you organise the transfer to and from the airport and that everything went perfectly. Our recpedition is not manned 24 hours a day but if you need anything you can always call or write to us - we are happy to help, provide dishwasher tablets or a fresh towel. We are sorry if you have been misled about the air conditioning. The Superior One Bedroom Apartment does not have air conditioning. Only Deluxe Apartment are equipped with AC. We will verify the description of our offer with the partner where you made a reservation. We are grateful for any feedback as we are constantly trying to improve our services. However, regarding cleaning, we would like to clarify that we are not a typical hotel and do not provide a daily cleaning service. Cleaning is provided for longer stays or at the guest's request. Thank you for your comment about arranging a shower in the bathroom, we will try to resolve this to protect the floor. We have apartments in two buildings, one of which does not have a lift. If this is a problem for Guest we always try to help it.We are glad that with our convenient location close to the city centre you were able to get to know our beautiful city better and went further than the Old Town. Siamo lieti che i letti in camera da letto fossero comodi e confortevoli, ma ci dispiace che il divano non fosse abbastanza comodo e ingombrante da potersi aprire. Per quanto riguarda le pulizie, infatti, essendo un oggetto che mira a mantenere una politica ecologica, effettuiamo regolarmente le pulizie a seconda della durata del soggiorno. Secondo il volantino, puliamo due volte a settimana per soggiorni da 5 a 7 notti, mentre il vostro soggiorno durava 5 notti, quindi c'era un solo programma di pulizia. Ci dispiace, perché forse non è stato spiegato abbastanza a causa nostra. Ci dispiace per il disagio che questo ha causato. C'è la possibilità di organizzare una pulizia aggiuntiva a pagamento, in futuro si prega di chiedere i dettagli alla reception.
