Fantastic location, beautiful building and interior. Really well done. Space of the apartment was also good. We read some comments that ceiling can be low, but that did not bother us at all. Just really well though through. Some of the basics weren’t there like towels in the kitchen, that a little inconvenient, may be because it’s new! Advice to take this yourself. Luggage storage would be great too, we did that at the cloakroom in the shopping mall now.

Great apartment in the perfect location
Great apartment in the perfect location. The building is old but the apartment is completely new, very modern and comfortable. It has the elevator and AC (big plus) and in spite being very close to central railway station it is very quiet (with windows closed). Would choose again. Make sure to call reception if arriving earlier. The reception is in different building (~5 minutes away).

Expected a better place
The pictures shown look much better than the actual condition of the rooms. Needs some maintenance and more cleaning specially under beds and tables/kitchen counter. The mattress protector was made of some kind of plastic material, which made noise when moving in the bed and also made as sweat.

Dont hold luggage and unable to check in early
We travelled from Wroclaw, and the reception wouldn't let store our luggage, nor would they let us check in early. They told me they texted me a location to store luggage twice, which i never received. Lady I spoke to was very abrupt and rude. Rooms were nice, and is in an excellent location. Spoilt by rude staff on check-in .

Enkelt med innsjekk og utsjekk (ikke avhengig av personell). Enkelt å få kontakt med hotellet via Mail, svarer fort og er behjelpelig med alle spørsmål. Fine rom, veldig god seng, umiddelbar nærhet til det meste!

Boendet ligger väldigt bra till om man vill ha nära till Galeria Krakowski. Fräscha lägenheter, vi fick en loftlägenhet som saknade mörkläggningsgardiner på fönstertak, i övrigt inte mycket att anmärka på. Lyxiga materialval både kök och badrum. Bra för 2 barn å 2 vuxna. I övrigt

Fint værelse på en god beliggenhed
Fint værelse på en rigtig god beliggenhed, meget centralt. Meget nemt at tjekke ind med kode osv. Et minus er, at der ikke nogen reception (der er en disk, men ingen medarbejdere, da vi var der), så hvis man løber tør for toiletpapir, kaffe/te, vil have rene håndklæder osv., skal man ringe til hotellet og kan ikke få det med det samme. Kun mulighed for ét kort til værelset, hvilket også tæller ned, det er rart at have mindst to. Værelset var ret småt, men ganske nydeligt og flot indrettet. Persiennerne var dog gået i stykker og lyset på badeværelset blinkede. Orienterede hotellet om lyset over telefonen, men det blev ikke fixet, mens vi var der. Alt i alt et fint værelse til en enkelt nat eller måske to. Vi havde købt 4 overnatninger, hvilket nok var lidt for lang tid, og vi endte også med at finde et andet hotel på 4. dagen, hvor der var fitnesscenter, pool osv.

I loved this property. Clean, modern and in a very good location. Would certainly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Karkow to stay here. Cons: Reception opens at 10am, so had to use a luggage drop off place for my final day and walls were slightly on the thin side, could hear a person snoring in the room next to me.

Skal bo her neste gang jeg skal til Krakow!
Veldig fine rom med kul design og komfortabel innredning. Vi bodde i juniorsuite og hadde god plass og et veldig behagelig opphold. Hotellet er ubemannet, men det er enkelt å komme seg inn og finne frem på egenhånd. Plasseringen er bra i forhold til shopping og ligger like ved et stort, moderne shoppingsenter med supert utvalg. En kort spasertur inn til den flotte gamlebyen. Anbefales!

An amazing place to stay in such a beautiful city
The apartment was spotless, comfortable and stylish. It was very central. Right next to the train station and a shopping center. Only a few minutes walk to the old town.

Great location and extremely comfortable !
The apartment and building itself is amazing, aswell as an ideal location, right beside the shopping centre and main train station and only a 5-10 minute walk to the main square! There is no face to face communication with staff however all online communication is very easy to use and we had no problems at all during our stay

Great accommodation, poor customer service
Great location and modern apartments. However, my room had no blind on one of the windows overlooked by a hotel opposite so I had zero privacy for the first night of my stay and bright lights from the hotels and shopping center made for a difficult night's sleep. Issue was reported on the first evening and again on the second day with no updates on a resolution. Eventually Hotels.com had to step in to get a response from the owners and move me to another apartment. Great accommodation that is let down by very poor customer service.

Det låg mittemot ett stort köpcentrum samt bara några minuters promenad från gamla stan. Rummet/lägenheten var otroligt fint inredd med många bekvämligheter. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsamma på mejl innan vi anlände, de hjälpte oss att boka taxi (transfer) samt en guidad tour till Auschwitz.

Such an amazing place to stay, the apartment was brand newly renovated, in a great location and has everything you need. Only thing that would have been nice is clearer instruction on finding the place as took us a short while given its in the middle of a square
