L'appartamento è in una zona molto accessibile. Parcheggio coperto molto comodo. All' interno l'appartamento si presenta bene in quanto alla distribuzione degli ambienti. Manca più pulizia sopra tutto nei pavimento dato che c'era polvere e peli. Le lenzuola erano troppo piccole e non arrivavano a coprire tutto il letto. Alcuni degli asciugamani non erano pulitissimi, ma sono stati sostituiti l'indomani sotto richiesta.

The apartment was very well equipped with full kitchen, large private balcony and good selection of English speaking TV channels. Located in Central, yet quite, area that is well served with shops and eateries. Apartment was spotless. Only niggle was it didn't have a bath but seems not many do in Krakow. Worth the cost. My first choice would be to look at booking a Friendhouse apartment on my upcoming trips to Krakow.

Thumbs up for Friendz apartment.
The communication through email with regards to gaining entry to the accommodation was perfect, very professional yet friendly. The accommodation was beautiful, very clean, roomy & good location. As always there is an however..... The road outside the accommodation was exceptionally busy, it's not a reason to be put off but there is no denying it could be heard.

clean apartment, well equipped, broken bed
my stay was good and most of the facilities were good, my main problem was with the double bed. I think the mattress was missing, and I was sleeping on a spring base, the fold out lounge was more comfortable. the bed base had three broken slats. the other issue was the tv connection, I could not get the foxtel or tv to function, the screen came up with "not connected" for the whole time I was there. there were technicians working on the roof so I guess all residents had the same issue

Really clean on arrival all info on how to get in perfect, very good hosts even when I knocked a lamp over no issues I informed them straight away. Furniture not so comfortable as looked like all ikea and could do with better or more pillows shower doesn’t drain very well so have to be careful or flooding occurs obviously not new as water damage on skirting boards overall tho a lovely little apartment well located and great price .

The apartment was very clean on arrival and had brilliant amenities in the kitchen. Great location for visiting the old town and Jewish quarter. Unfortunately it is right next to a busy road so it can be very noisy early morning. There was also a very strange smell coming from the shower drain.

Specious apartment in great location. Within 15 mins walk to the Old Town, 10 mins walk to Kazimierz shopping centre. Very good communication with the owner and great way of collecting the keys and accessing to the apartment.

There was no oven mitt or tea towel to do washing up or cooking. Was quite loud sleeping next to a busy road but other than that was lovely, clean and loads of storage

The property was advertised with a living/dining area when in fact it was a small kitchen area with a table and four chairs (the apartment can cater for ten ppl so it would be standing room only for six guests). Even after we checked that all three rooms would be available, we arrived with two beds unmade- so after six calls we eventually was able to source sheets for the other beds. The apartment managers were NOT helpful in any way and some customer service is definitely needed.

Appartement bien situé, à 15 minutes à pied du centre historique et du quartier juif, un petit marché local au coin de la rue et des superettes. J'avais oublié de confirmer mon arrivée 24h heures avant, j'ai donc téléphoné une fois sur place : réponse immédiate, renvoie des instructions par sms. Aucun problème. Le seul bémol est l’inconfort du canapé lit. Sinon, l'appartement, et le bâtiment, ont l'air d'avoir été rénové récemment.

I have nothing bad to say about this apartment. It’s super modern with everything you need (I.e: a kitchen, bathroom, ironing board and cutlery). The location is about a 10 minute walk into the old town which isn’t bad at all, with shops outside the apartment itself. Very secure with only resident access. If you want a coffee, you can go downstairs and their is a soho coffee shop. Trams do opperate throughout the night on a line outside this apartment so if you are a light sleeper you may be woken up a few times. We slept great though and we’re light sleepers ourselves! I would advise maybe they change the blinds to blackout blinds and it’s a little too light in the room and took a bit longer to go to sleep. None the less though, this was an amazing apartment and already considering staying here again!

The apartments are amazing spotlessly clean 2 times now staying at the friendhouse and will stay there again next time!! Very helpful receptionist there when we needed anything! Best apartments we have have stayed in!! Highly recommend!

pros - well laid out apartment, comfortable bed, everything you need for city break Cons - apartment 9 on busy road with both trams and ambulances (with sirens) passing regularly.

Was a bit sceptical of the pictures when we booked it because it was so cheap and it looked too good to be true but it's exactly how it looked. Really nice flat and amazing value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, but poor sleeping conditions
The location of the property is good, however there are currently workmen outside drilling and digging early hours of the morning. The communication from the company was good regarding letting us know how to access the property. However there responses were very limited regarding complaints. When we arrived after the available check in time, we arrived to no bedding covers/pillow cases (only a sheet). This was provided late in the evening. The duvet and pillows were both stained.. not sure what with and did not want to know.. We had to make our own bed (which was a double sofa bed (not queen)), which had very little padding above the boards and bars. I was not expecting to make our own bed on holiday... Also between the two of us we had to share a single duvet cover.. the other single duvet provided we had to use to try and pad the bottom with. It was not comfortable sleeping conditions at all. We did not know it was going to be a sofa bed until we had confirmation of the booking as there are multiple apartments with the company and you don't know which you will be allocated. The place looked lovely in the pictures and when booking the place. However, on arrival we were very disappointed and this did impact on our stay. Also be wary when booking tours with them as the leaflet in the apartment is at a lower price than what they actually charge you. We enjoyed our stay in Kraków. However would have been much more enjoyable if we booked somewhere else and had a decent sleep.

Apartamento precioso y céntrico
El apartamento esta muy bien tanto en situacion, preciosa decoración, como el estado general. El armario es una maravilla. Es cómodo la forma de recepcion que tienen establecido y en general me ha gustado mucho, repetiría sin duda si volviera a Cracovia. Lo que si tendrian que mejorar un poco es en cuanto a la ropa de cama, la calidad de las sábanas ws regular y tambien escaso menaje de cocina ( vasos y cubiertos...). Se que en Polonia no usan persianas pero yo las he echado en falta, amanece muy pronto y la luz que entra es mucha, pero bueno. Pero estos aspectos son fácil de mejorar y con ello conseguirian sin problema un 5.

Promenadavstånd till det mesta. Låg i närheten till två stora köpcentrum, gamla stan, judiska kvarteren, judiska kyrkogården. Låg en liten kiosk i bottenvåningen och bredvid låg en större mataffär och restaurang, och ett litet torg som blev större på söndagen när det var loppmarknad på torget. Huset och lägenheten var ganska nybyggda bra balkong, AC och trevlig liten lägenhet. Transfer ordnades genom hotellet och snabba svar genom email fick man. Det ända som skulle behövas uppgraderas var bäddsoffan, så nästa gång blir det att boka lägenheten med riktig säng.

Amazing Krakow
FriendHouse apartments is located close to Jewish District Kazimierze. Nearby you can do some shopping in supermarkets (one is just downstairs, comercial center Galeria Kazimierz is 10 min walking). There is many trams or buses in that area so you can easily move to another area in Cracow- the minus is sometimes the noise of crossing trams or cars could bother you. In our apartment we had some inconvenient-WiFi didnt work so I called the reception and they gave us another login and password and finnaly everything worked. The apartment was clean and spacious, also we found some snacks in the kitchen. The bathroom also was quite large and equiped.

Comodo per arrivare in centro città
Ho prenotato al volo e un po’ alla cieca,ma sono comunque molto soddisfatto. La struttura è molto recente e in ottime condizioni. Quartiere molto tranquillo e vicino al centro città. Se si vuole mangiare in casa ,l’appartamento non è proprio attrezzato comunque un piatto di pasta si riesce a fare. L’aspetto è molto gradevole e di taglio moderno. La pulizia è accettabile, ma consiglio di portare lenzuola complete di federe. Nel residence c’è il Soho Cafè , fare colazione li è uno spettacolo, il caffè è un vero espresso e il personale è molto gentile. Per il resto Cracovia è una città da scoprire, apparentemente triste ma al contempo molto viva. Per vedere le cose principali bastano un paio di giorni, ma consiglio di stare qualche giorno in più per uscire dal solito percorso turistico e vivere quelli che sono i locali e le strade meno battute. Consiglio di bere un’ottima birra al Singer Club nel quartiere ebraico,improvvisamente si torna indietro di 70 anni,in un locale con arredi e atmosfera originali.
