Dear Rob, Thank you for taking your time and giving us feedback about your stay. We are really sorry for your bad experience. Our hotel and rooms descriptions inform about the stairs to the upper floors and that there is no elevator. Our building has three floors and unfortunately, your room is on the third floor, however, the pictures of the room type you chose, show that they are situated in the attic. Additionally, our hotel offers various types of rooms and you can always get information from us about which room is the best on the lower floors – contact with us is available 24/7. Furthermore, our reception is always ready to help you with taking your luggage up and down the stairs. Moreover, we really wanted to help you and move your next booking to a different room but this type of room is only on the third floor. We were thinking about moving you to a room of similar standard but it is occupied at the time. You have been informed that we could offer you only a double room standard or deluxe but it is a lower standard than your actual booking for the studio with mezzanine. We really hope that you will not think about our hotel in a negative way because we did everything we could to make you satisfied with your stay and feel like home. Best regards from Kraków
