The Space:
The stylishly decorated apartment can accommodate 4 people. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed, an independent kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. A great advantage of the apartment is an exceptionally spacious balcony (18m²) equipped with garden furniture, overlooking the greenery of trees. It's a perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or lounging in the warm summer evenings. The apartment is also highly functionally furnished: a comfortable office chair and a desk in the living room can transform into a home office. Other amenities include multimedia (a flat-screen TV and free access to a Wi-Fi network) and full kitchen and bathroom facilities. The Neighborhood:
This fully equipped apartment is located in a residential building on Raciborska Street in Kobierzyn distric of Cracow. The property is located around 5 km from the Kazimierz and the Old Town, which can be reached in around half an hour by using the public transport. The location is characterized by the surrounding green areas and nature. The apartment is situated between Borkowski Forest and one of the most beautiful sites of Kraków, Uroczysko Górka Pychowice: 17 hectares of enclosed forest area with several recreational and leisure glades with amazing views of the Wolski Forest and Sikornik. At the same the neighborhood can fulfill all daily needs thanks to well-developped local infrastructure. On the nearby streets there are many restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and drug stores. The location is also convenient to communicate with other districts: the closest bus stop is 300 meters from the apartment, and the car drive to the airport takes less than 20 minutes.
