Impeccable ! Great location, great rooms, amazing staff & on top of that excellent value for money ! If you want to be close to the old town and the railway station but away from the hustle and bustle - this is the place to stay. I'll be back !

Estupendo hotel, fantástica ubicación y servicio
Excelente ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren dentro de un centro comercial) y del casco antiguo. Nuestra habitación daba a las vías del tren y se podía sentir ligeramente el paso de estos, pero no era tan insoportable como para no poder dormir. No nos influyó. El hotel estaba totalmente limpio y el personal era muy amable. El desayuno era bastante variado. Totalmente recomendable!!! Si vuelvo a Cracovia, volveré a este hotel sin dudas!!

最高のホテルでした。 新しいこともありますが、ホテル全体のセンスの良さがとても良いです。 全体に清潔感に溢れています。 レセプションの人は客が出入りするたびに立ち上がって、何か声掛けをしてくれます。 大きくないホテルなので何回目かには顔を覚えてくれて挨拶します。 とても気持ちの良い接客です。 駅やバスターミナルに近くて便利です。 電車の線路やトラムが近くを通るのですが、窓を閉めると全然聞こえません。とても静かです。 価格も抑えられていると思います。

A very clean hotel with great bedding, an excellent shower, and very friendly staff. Very near the train station, and an easy walk through the park to the old town. I wish that breakfast had been included in the room charge.

Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff
Nice hotel witin 10 minutes walk from old town and shopping centre just across the square. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.Only like 50 rooms so very quiet and breakfast room was never crowded. Beds maybe a little bit too hard for me and 2 small and 1 bigger towel not enough for two persons. Showering tricky due to low ceiling in the towerroom, but I enjoyed the bath tub instead. All in all nice hotel, recommend it.

Bra hotell med utmärkt läge, stora och fina rum med gott om förvaringsutrymmen. Tvål och schampo ställ saknades i duschen liksom servetter i rummet vilket var sämre än väntat. Städningen var bra och frukostbuffén höll en god kvalitet under hela vistelsen. Personalen var vänlig.

Nice comfy stay
Very nice hotel, located perfectly right next to Krakow Glowny. Modern, up to standard room, very cozy and comfortable. Exemplary clean. Nice comfy bed and matress. Very nice breakfast, good selection of food. The only minus I can find is that our room was facing the railway and the noise could be noticed. Although we didn’t have any problem with sleeping, the windows are well sound proofed. Excellent choice this hotel, we’ll definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel with super friendly staff , Sky hotel has a real luxury feel to it and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is exemplary too lots of choice and the products change from day to day which is a nice touch. To top it all the staff made 8 of us a pack up breakfast when we left at 4am for a flight. We will be back for sure. Don’t hesitate to book it’s 5*

slopping ceiling
location was a bit busy, if plans to use the train are in hand, then stay hee, thats why we did. One issue I had was the slopping ceiling in the room, constancy required me to hunch over, hurt my neck doing so.

Beautiful city hotel
Superb location, easy access to train station (5 min walk) and main Square 5-10 min walk . Clean and very modern hotel. Would stay here again.
