Uitzonderlijke oceanfront villa met directe eigen toegang tot de Caribische Zee

Deze prachtige oceaan huis is de perfecte bestemming voor uw vakantie. Het huis is gelegen ten zuiden van het eiland in de "Punt Vierkant" gebied. Dit gebied wordt algemeen beschouwd als de mooiste oceaan eigenschappen op het eiland Bonaire. Wat maakt dit huis nog unieker is de locatie aan het water. Een van de weinige huurwoningen beschikbaar waar u aangenaam kunt duiken of snorkelen uit uw achtertuin. De tuin heeft een groot plateau met trap naar beneden in het water. Waardoor de toegang tot de kalme blauwe Caribische Zee gemakkelijk en veilig. Met tal van buiten schaduwrijke zitjes waaronder een tuinhuisje aan de rand van het water. Waar u kunt ontspannen, dineren en kijken naar de zonsondergang. Dit pand biedt u de mooiste uitzichten van Bonaire. Uitzicht op de schitterende zee, Klein Bonaire en de baai van Kralendijk. Kans behoorlijk goed, dat je zelfs zien een pod van dolfijnen zwemmen door. Als je snel genoeg bent, hebben de mogelijkheid om te zwemmen met hen.
Deze ruime villa (ong. 300m2) heeft 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Alle ramen zijn voorzien van horren gescreend sluiter stijl ramen. De ramen kunnen dag en nacht geopend worden overgelaten aan het huis een zeer luchtig en licht gevoel. Een ruime volledig ingerichte keuken, waardoor het huis nog meer het gevoel open en licht. Het huis heeft gated parkeergelegenheid voor twee auto's. Een grote garage biedt veel opbergruimte voor alles inclusief duikuitrusting, windsurf en kitesurf spullen.
De locatie van dit pand is ideaal. De villa is gelegen in een zeer rustige en veilige omgeving van Bonaire. Van een 7 minuten rijden naar het centrum van Kralendijk, op 5 minuten rijden naar de luchthaven, een 10 minuten rijden naar Lac Bay (windsurfen) of Atlantis (kitesurfen). Echter, omdat een aantal van de beste snorkelen en duiken is recht tegenover het huis. Je zou het huis niet te verlaten na alles. Gewoon een versnelling hoger schakelen nemen drie stappen naar beneden en je bent in de Caribische Zee.
Om uw verblijf nog comfortabeler te maken, het pand verzorgers zijn 7 dagen per week 24 uur. De verzorgers zullen al uw vragen beantwoorden en voldoen aan al uw behoeften.

Beautiful property, clean, well-provisioned. Laurits and Annameike are so kind and helpful. Immediate responses to questions or needs. Our children loved the pool.The best part is the reef. No one else is there, it is healthy with tons of fish. Easy access from the property, easy diving for beginners (we had 2).It was the perfect family vacation!

I can't recommend this property enough!

This property was outstanding! We spent as little time as possible indoors but the house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are so many comfortable places to sit outside and enjoy the views...plenty of areas with sun or shade and a steady wind kept the bugs away. The lush greenery and water front made for some fun nature watching. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come in, the lights at night in downtown Kralendijk, and the beautiful sunsets. It was an easy walk to Delfin's Resort for a bite to eat and short drive to lots of great snorkeling, food trucks and restaurants.

Fantastic Home! Beautiful Views!

Our family came and stayed for a week at this beautiful home. The location is perfect, direct ocean access with a nice platform and not just a ladder. The management was great and very responsive. We had a wonderful week, not a single issue. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

Beautiful spot, perfect for families

We loved the quiet spot, the gorgeous views, the lovely garden. Lots of little nooks for people to spread out. The kitchen was well supplied, everything worked. There are stairs down to the water and if the sea is calm, it’s an easy entry for swimmers and snorkelers. Plus, wonderful hosts!

Property of Our Dreams!

From beginning to end, our stay at Pelican’s Nest was wonderful! All pre-trip communication with Fenna, Annemieke and Maurits was quick and easy. We were welcomed to Bonaire by Maurits, who met us at the airport, drove us to the house and kindly showed us around. A lovely basket of tasty treats and more was on the counter and cold drinks were in the fridge, which was a first for us at a rental property. Each day, we so enjoyed the awesome views of the beautiful turquoise water with Klein Bonaire in the distance. There was great snorkeling right off the patio deck and an interesting variety of wildlife that visited the garden, including iguanas, geckos, whiptails, land hermit crabs, and birds, such as the chatty, little Bananaquit, the singing, orange and black Troupial, and the talkative, colorful Brown-throated Parakeet. All contributed to a very ‘tropical feeling’, which is important to us. The house is quite comfortable, nicely outfitted with everything we needed, and the AC in the bedrooms allowed us to sleep well. Thank you, Matthieu, for a great stay! Pelican’s Nest is the best!!

Fantastic oceanfront house

Amazing house with AC in each bedroom right on the ocean. A perfect house for relaxing and soaking up the sun on Bonaire. Great neighborhood! Owners are very nice and make sure you are well taken care of while staying at their house. We will be back again soon!

Perfect Waterfront Property

The property manager, Fenna, met us at the airport, brought us to the property and welcomed us with a delicious welcoming gift complete wiht beer and wine! A first for us after 8 years using Vrbo host homes. Fenna also offered expert advice pre trip helping us plan activities, restaurants, etc. The house is perfect and the gardens/ backyard even better; swimming, snorkeling and diving right off the patio. Multiple deck and garden areas for dining or relaxing after a busy day. And large tarop visits every night putting on a nature shoow - can't say enough great things about thi beautiful home. Cleaning staffwas professional, thorough and fast.

Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe how nice the Pelican’s Nest is. The view is great. Access to the ocean is unbeatable. The house was as described online. Very clean. As two couples, we have stayed at numerous rental properties and this is a model property in every way. First, it is as lovely as it appears in the pictures, perhaps more so. The house functions SO well; there is space for gathering , for privacy, for cooking, dining, gear washing, lounging, swimming, luggage, even extra drink storage. The location is ideal for both doving and kiting, and is convenient to the airport and to downtown. Finally, Fenna, the property manager, is a true star. So friendly, so helpful, so responsive. This rental property is as good as gets. The four of us are now terrified that we will henceforth be disappointed as the bar as now been set at a new height. Don’t wait. Book now.

Absolutely beautiful property on the water.

The four bedroom house is roomy with nice sized bedrooms, 3 spa-like bathrooms (love the rain shower heads) and a central kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedrooms have AC, the central area got a bit warm- but we opened windows and had a breeze. The kitchen is well-equipped and we cooked quite a bit during the week. We also enjoyed making lattes in the Nespresso machine. The extra garage fridge was convenient to hold all the adult beverages our group enjoy. While the house is amazing, the backyard is the absolute best part of this property- large covered patio with couches and tables, landscaped walkways, swing, lounge chairs, hammocks and direct access to the ocean by steps! We swam, snorkeled and went diving out of our back yard. Heavenly sunsets were an added bonus. I highly recommend this property for a group of up to eight people.

Beautiful home and Excellent Owners

We just spent a week at The Pelican’s Nest. We were met at the airport by Fenna and followed her in our rental car to the property. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. The ability to dive/snorkel off the back patio was wonderful. The owners were very prompt with any questions we had and helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to entertainment suggestions. The bedrooms were nice and cool. The house had more than enough room and was very clean. Matthieu was very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend The Pelican’s Nest to everyone! We can’t wait to come back to Bonaire.

Perfection!

The backyard is as good as it looks in the pictures! You can’t believe how amazing it will be to swim, snorkel, and dive right from the house. We had one issue, but it was resolved quickly, which is all you ask for. This was our second stay in this house, and hopefully not our last.

I can’t imagine a more perfect location or home on Bonaire. It was breathtakingly beautiful. As pretty as the photos are, the place is even nicer. Matthieu met us at the airport, took us to our rental car, and then showed us the specifics for the rental. He is very friendly, informative and attentive. You can snorkel or swim right off the deck…so relaxing. The night views of the island are stunning. I could go on and on, it was just a perfect vacation. Winter get away

My family and I stayed 7 days at this property on Bonaire. Loved it! Plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms and 4 newly renovated bathrooms. Matthieu, property owner, met us at the airport and helped with luggage. We followed him to the property and he went over everything including how to contact him if needed. Highly recommend this property. The pictures tell the truth.

A perfect vacation

This was a fabulous location with a beautiful garden and prime sunset viewing from both the house and the water!! Everything went smoothly with this rental from the time I booked though the checkout process. The property manager and the cleaning crew took very good care of us and the house had absolutely everything we needed. I can not recommend it enough!!

Amazing stay

It was an amazing place for our 25th! Anniversary. Property management surpassed in responsiveness and hospitality. I wanted to give all 5s, but I had to be true. They are in the process of redoing the bathrooms. The master bath was beautiful and modern. However, the floor needed to be wiped several more times to get all the sand out of the new flooring. You would come out of the shower and your feet would immediately get dirty. Just some more deep cleaning of the new bathroom floor will resolve that issue. We were picked up by Mathieu's friend Maurits from the airport and dropped back off when we left. Super nice friend. Always such a friendly smile and extremely hospitable. He even dropped off a bottle of champagne for us on our anniversary. Can't say enough wonderful things about Maurits. So responsive and genuine. The Caribbean as our back yard will never be forgotten. So beautiful. Our only big suprise was there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. I guess it's a very common thing in Bonaire. We did go in October, the hottest time. Just a bit of awareness on our part. The house is very close to the airport, but you don't hear the noise from the planes. You do see them flying in when sitting by the water. Pretty neat. A lot of new builds in that area. Felt like a safe area. In earlier reviews there were comments about the lounge chairs. They have replaced with new chairs and cushions. They do have a new washing machine with no dryer. However, it works out well as you can line dry your clothes outside. They dry very quickly. This is not our last time in Bonaire. With service that we received, we will be back. Thank you for sharing your home. Greg and Kristine Burnes
