'We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you'

'Clean room, friendly staff and breakfast was lovely! The staff were really informative about the endless summer activities that you can do in the area. The only thing is that we could not do was the hotel yoga, which looks amazing!'

We sent 4 messages to the host and it took over 24 hours for a response. The room was large and clean except for all the bugs & flys (at checkout they simply said it was...

'The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. We called their service number and spoke with the lady owner who said that they would send their "colleague" who lived in the building that night. Nobody...
