'Dysfunctional hotel in a beautiful setting. I booked a two night stay at hotel Montfort based on the pictures of an exceptionally talented photographer/Photoshop expert. A few moments after reserving a family room, I received a call from the receptionist telling me there was an issue with the rooms and if we would be ok with a regular 2-person room. 'This property encompasses a couple of buildings and a large backyard. There is an open air restaurant on site for food and beverages. The friendly staff speaks English which was very helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to the town of Poprad for anyone who wants more dining options. Very nice stop close to the Tatra Mountains '

'This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel.
