'Loved this and will be back again although i did book a balcony room arrived early at 3 and it was not ready but my friends was , no big deal but when we arrived back at 5 it was not ready yet . I opted for a king of the same floor as my friend but it was the same price with no real applogy . A price decrease was requested and they said they couldnt do that . That felt unhelpful and not great customer service but overall we enjoyed our stay '

'I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy. 'This hotel was everything you could ask for in a hotel stay. The front desk staff was super friendly. Nolan was who helped us and he was amazing. The parking is connected to the property in a safe garage. The rooms were exceptionally clean. No dust, the bathroom was mold free, and the furniture was in mint condition. I can’t say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY recommend. '
'The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. The view from the high rise balcony was amazing. It was extremely comfortable for my husband and I & our 2 teen daughters. We had a comfortable bed & private bedroom. The girls had the option of sleeping on the couches or the 2 folding beds. There were plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc. provided. We enjoyed having the full kitchen & the bigger space than a hotel room. It was great to sit & see & listen to the city in the early mornings...

"Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! "
