The house features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, air conditioning, and a dining area, as well as a separate living room with a sofa bed (120 x 190 cm) for one person, air conditioning, and direct access to the large terrace with table and chairs. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a terrace with a beautiful view of the landscape, and another bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a very spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and two sinks. The ground floor of the house is neither rented nor inhabited.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
