The 60 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kbat102, in the Atlantik apartment building in Kühlungsborn can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment complex’s direct beachfront location is particularly noteworthy. From here, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the kilometer-long, white Baltic Sea beach.

The location
The modern and comfortably furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the vacation complex, which sits directly on Kühlungsborn’s elegant beach promenade. Not only the marina of this Baltic Sea resort, but above all the Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. Here you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate, for example, on long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit.


Amenities This bright and cozy non-smoking apartment features Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a dishwasher. The combined living and dining area features a stereo system, a flat-screen TV, and a double sofa bed. Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy relaxing moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. In addition, the apartment is equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a hair dryer. The apartment has two separate bedrooms—one furnished with a large double bed and a flat-screen TV, and the other with a bunk bed. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. On the southwest-facing balcony overlooking the promenade, you can enjoy the sun and the mild climate of the Baltic Sea all day long.

Special Features
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are welcome. There is a restaurant with an outdoor seating area located below the apartment. The vacation complex features an elevator, coin-operated washer and dryer, and a lockable storage room for bicycles. An underground parking space in a double-stacking system with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg (max. clearance height 1.70 m, max. vehicle length 5 m, max. vehicle width 1.90 m) can be booked upon request for an additional fee. Bathrobes are available for a small rental fee at our service office.

In accordance with our duty to inform, we would like to point out that an elevated level of Legionella bacteria was detected in the plumbing system of the Atlantik building (in an apartment on the 4th floor). As a precautionary measure, special filters and showerheads have been installed in the apartments.
