'We stayed at Hotels Umaiyyal Home Stay for 3 nights. The rooms are very good and spacious. They were tidy and well-maintained. However, during our stay, the lifts were not operational. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs for two days. The staff here is not proactive; they wait until we complain, and follow-up is required. 'Hotel is only 200 meters away from railway station and right besides the highway. So many food options are available nearby.
Hotel rooms were very clean. Interiors were in perfect condition. Staff specifically manager Mr John was very much approachable and took care of our requests nicely.

'New Cape Hotel in Kanyakumari, is quiet at a centre place, where all the tourist spots of the town are easily accessible. All the facilities and anemities provided by hotel are good and clean.
Special mention to the hotel staff, especially Mr.John, manager of the hotel was very welcoming and very helpful. He used to help us with the everyday tour schedule and also arranged a bus to roam around nearby places. And also the hotel boy was very customer friendly and cleaned up the room...
