'Really liked our stay at Star Shell. The staff are excellent and super helpful. We were travelling with two young kids and honestly their service and friendliness really made our trip so much easier. 'I stayed here for 2 nights and needed an early check-in and late check-out. The hotel was able to accomodate quite easily with minimal cost. The room was all good and generally quite although as a suggestion I would remommend getting some rubber buffers on the door to prevent door banging as that was very disturbing or some soundproofing. 'Breakfast is good, all staffs are really helpful and friendly! Even we arrive at midnight 1 am, an airport staff helped us call the hotel, they immediately send the free shuttle to pick us up. They’re doing beyond their scheduled last time 11 pm which is really helpful. Communication is very effective. The room is clean. We really enjoy the service. '
