Best place in Kurunegala region to get an amazing panoramic view of the area. It is just a 30 minutes hike from the bottom of the rock. There's a giant 60m tall Buddha statue at the top of the rock as well. It is pretty much the landmark of Kurunegala region. Not a big tourist attraction. But worth a visit if you have some free time.
A common butterfly spotted in my home garden. I was just roaming around my home garden looking for some cool shots of birds and ended up with capturing these butterflies.
A traditional item of Sri Lanka. This is called "perahara". There are lots of fire things.
Just before the sun rises over Elephant rock. The Buddha statue is 60m in height. It is considered as one of the highest Buddha statues in Sri Lanka.
