Manager extremely helpful and friendly.Housemaid cleaned room every day and changed bedding and towels nothing was a problem for her.Although a pool was advertised there was no pool .The food was shocking we just decided to always eat out never a problem as it was so cheap.There was an excellent restaurant right next door Leila it was called beautiful surroundings ,lovely staff ,extremely cheap for excellent food.The absolute beauty of this hotel was the balcony and the view and a great selection of dolmas.s passing the door

Personnel peut Aimable .j’ai réservé l’hôtel pour avoir une piscine pour les enfants. Arrivé à l’hôtel surprise bassin vide, délabré. Salle trop veille baignoire salle.ect … Très déçu.A l’arrivée chambre non disponible. Obligé de prendre 2 chambres pour une nuit, Une des chambres sans Clim je vous explique pas la que j’ai passé avec la chaleur et le bruit en laissant la porte du balcon ouvert (nuit blanche). Bref je déconseille cette Établissement.

All of our rooms airconditioners are working very well, but the remoute kontrollers are smart controller, sometimes our clients could change their code and it does not remoute the aircondition, i wish you informed the reception that it was not working, so we could help you and open it.Thank you.

I liked it was on sea front and close to the bars and shops, asked about transfer back to Airport and they just pointed the way to a taxi rank, not very good understanding English, however i don't hold that against them as we was in there country, but do feel running a hotel for tourists it would help, the rooms were clean apart from bathroom very dated and bath & Toilet were stained and looked grubby, only ate from the bar restaurant once on day of leaving due to needing to waste a bit of time b4 getting taxi, and the cheese toastie wasn't bad, with the pool not being open and don't look like its been filled for a while i was very disappointed.

Most of our staff can speak English very well, but not all of them, i think you asked the transport one of the staf whom can not speak English very well, sory for that. We normaly help all of our clients who needs help for transfer to airport. But i think that staff that you spoke with him, could not understand you clearly. We apologize for his missing English. We are educating our staff , to improve their English. Our management has a plan for renovating the bathrooms of the rooms.Thank you for your understanding.

The hotel is old and has not been renewed at all. There was an old little rusty fridge with no electricity. They should better remove it. Bathtub was in very bad conditions, dirty, with old spots as well as the sink. The bed was not totally clean, since it feels like it had little bugs. The A/C was not working. There was a bad smell as soon as you leave the elevator to the room. There was no swimming pool as the pictures. The pictures were taken probably 20 years ago. It has been the worst hotel I have ever been. I won't recommend it. The staff was good and breakfast good. The location was good.

La salle de bain est sale et vétuste. Le personnel pas aimable. Le parking est trop petite pour abriter toutes les voitures et au tour de l'hôtel il n'y avait pas de places libres. Le repas de soir est sans viandes ou avec très peu de la viande industriel transformé. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hotel. Seul le petite déjeuner est correcte.

Otelin konumu ve deniz manzarası bir harika. Eminim ki zamanında oldukça iyi bir otelmiş. İşletme olarak kurumsal olduğu belli. Ne yazık ki odalar artık çok eskimiş elden geçmesi gerekiyor. Şehirde bem çok yüksek olduğu için buzdolabının içi bile paslanmış ama hiç temizlenmemiş. Kısa süreli bir seyahat için olabilir.

Night staff made it well worth it.

Äldre hotell som har super bra läge, men inte har blivit underhållen som det ska. Personalen är mycket hjälpsam. Ok frukost och mycket bra turkisk husmanskost till middag, speciellt vegetariska rätter var super goda. Prisvärt. Minus för störande ventilationen.

Nice place to clean up and sleep
I stayed at the sozer hotel last year and overall it was pretty good. I stayed this year but ended up switching . I think the staff need to improve. A waiter from downstairs was friendly with me so I was friendly back like a normal person. He then proceeds to keep trying to speak with me during my dinner/breakfast and coming to my room and bringing me things. I felt uncomfortable. Also the overnight counter guy could be nicer

The worst hotel I have ever been to. Smells awful. AC does not work. We had no water for 2 hours. Very rude staff. Dirty everywhere. Carpets are all stained. Does not even deserve one star.

Dear Quest, thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay at Kuşadası.I feel from your nervous and frustrated words, that you may had a personel problem with one of our reception staf.We will definitly speak to him and find a soluation if he realy rude to our quests. All the airconditioner are working at our hotel, but the quest sometimes change the setting of the remote controller by a mistake, so it may work in wrong mode when you c/in to hotel, but if it happens if you informe the reception, they help to you change the remote controller to right mode. Normaly we never have a water problem at the hotel ( We have 2 circulating motor to send the water to higher floor,if one is broken the other one works directly , ), but in this year only 1 time when one of the circulating motor was defective, the other one did not start, but our repairmans solve the problem in a 1hour i think it happened while you were stayin at the hotel.. All the carpets of our rooms washed only 1 mounth before, but i think the quest who stayed in your room before, they poured some drinks to carpet, we will wash it and clean as soon as possible.Thank you for informing us about your experience. 在這家飯店總共住三晚、第二天有要求整理房間(有壓床頭小費)卻只是簡單鋪床其餘的該補都沒補、連當日房內僅剩的一小捲廁紙也收走、服務人員態度很差要求補大小浴巾和廁紙完全不與理會廁紙如同缺貨般。

Dear Hui Ling ; Thank you for choosing our hotel for your holiday at Kuşadası. We are sorry to hear that you did not like our chambermaid service, I know this can be an excuse but the dates you have stayed were Ramadan Bayram holiday we had to much circulation in our hotel and the chief of the Housekeeping could not manage her duty very well,so we have already changed the chief of housekeeping department and we dont have any missing any more that you , wrote us here. اغلب الصور غير لاتطابق ما وجدناه والتكييف سيء والجو حار ولم نكمل ليليتنا فيه لان الغرفه البديلة التي عرضت علينا ايضا تكييفها سيء دخلنا الفندق حوالي الساعة 1400 وخرجنا الساعة 1700 تقريبا ولم يسترجع الفندق مادفعناه رغم انهم مخطئين وحاولنا الاتصال على موقع هوتيل و لكن الرقم مفصول عن الخدمات للاسف

Dear Maher ; Thank you for choosing our Hotel, all the pictures of our hotel and rooms are shown on Hotels.com are our old pictures, Our rooms are renovated , we give our quests better rooms that shown on onlinechannels. After you informed the reception, they told you to fix the aircondition or if you dont want to wait, we offered to you to change your room but you did not accept our solutions.We can see all the informations from our sytem and cameras that you c/in to room at 13:35 and c/out at: 17:45, you used the room more than 4 hours. According to cancelation rules, you can can cancel your reservation 3 days before your arrival, if you cancel after this dates, 1 night cost will be charged as penalty payment. Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en comfort kamer
Muy bien situado frente al mar al lado de una cala
Hotel de tamaño medio de calidad intermedia pero de buena relación calidad precio con vistas al mar con puesto de sol incluida y al lado de una calita para el baño. Comidas tipo buffet bastante correctas.

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten en comfort kamer
1 gece için konakladık cruise binmek için yakın olması anlamında lokasyon harika çalışanlara biraz eğitim şart, temizlik güzel yemek vasattı (hazır köfteler kötü, fasulye ise harika idi). Ayrıca otelin çok bakıma ihtiyacı var herşey eski :(
