'this is the second SUNRISE resort we visited and again it was great. Rooms and service is great. Clean, the pools are watched carefully which is handy with small kids. Food is pretty good at the buffet restaurant. Service can somewhat be less or missing certain finesse, but they do their best and that is appreciated.
If you are bothered by the sales men (excursions, spa etc) approaching you when at the pool, you can get a red flag at the towel center to let them know you want to be left alone....

'Lovely room, staff are very attentive, aqua park was great fun. Only thing we'd like improving is the entertainment team. This hotel is recommended for families and couples. However entertainment was purely for children. Also any events happening outside the hotel weren't clearly announced.. '

'Our 5-day stay at Sentido Mamlouk Palace was absolutely wonderful and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. The resort is impressively large and offers the unique benefit of full access to the neighboring sister resort, including its facilities and shared dining options. 'Property definitely needs some upgrades I stayed in a swim up room with a clogged shower. The smell was in bearable especially at night. The staff was all male. Which I did not like only because I was a woman traveling alone. '
