'It was such a great hotel I was pleasantly surprised for the price. The staff was nice and kind, the food was amazing and the view on Etna was 11/10. We saw Etna errupting. Also the options for vegetarian and gluten free food was great. In summary I recommend this hotel for everyone. Also for families with children there was a nice child play area. '

'Prachtig hotel op een perfecte plek. Verscholen van de weg, maar heerlijk rustig en het leuke stadje snel te bereiken via een 'ski-lift'.'

'O motivo de eu ter avaliado a estadia com 3 estrelas é em razão do barulho no hotel. Do quarto era possível ouvir todos os outros hóspedes em volta. O isolamento acústico externo é inexistente. Por volta de 4h da manhã, havia o descarregamento de alguma coisa e o barulho de um carrinho sendo arrastado no asfalto parecia estar dentro da minha varanda no segundo andar. A estrutura do hotel é quarto é excelente. O café da manhã muito bem servido. O staff muito atencioso e educado. '

'Il posto è incantevole, arroccato sulla montagna, si ha una vista sulla baia di Taormina da tutta la strittura. Dalle piscine nella parte bassa fino all'ultima camera in alto. Questo posto lo consiglio a chi vuole staccare la spina e rilassarsi al 100%. Cibo ottimo e a buffet, sia la colazione internazionale che la cena, e tutto il personale sempre al top per aiutarvi in qualsiasi necessità. 'prima hotel met zeer voorkomend,zelfstandig werkend en ervaren personeel,passend bij hotel van dit niveau. 1 opmerking:hoewel het de openbare weg betreft.onder het terras van het bougainville hotel/het zwembad ligt een rooster dat kleppert bij het passeren van auto's. als de gemeente taormina dit rooster niet wil laten herstellen zou ik het als hotel zelf laten doen!'
