'I had nothing activities scheduled on the days I went.The food was too little.There was a scheduled and base on the scheduled when i was able to enter there was only snacks until late dinner.When dinner came it wasn't enough food for .my party.Lunch the next day was great,but it was my last meal before exiting.Some of the food was spoiled.I did show the staff and it was changed.The bathroom maintenance was not working and the bathroom was overflowing. I was not satisfied and tik-tok and pictures...
'I was extremely disappointed with the hotel because I kindly requested a partial refund due to the fact that I could not stay at the hotel at all due to a travel schedule conflict, and they refused to do that. Extremely disappointed and will not soon be visiting this hotel chain in the future. Expedia also let me down but blamed the hotel’s manager for ultimately refusing.'
