'Lovely staff, handy to have the shuttle but the traffic is chaos at certain times of day. Had a very early start and the breakfast was welcomed and again very well staffed. The usual comfort level for Holiday Inns, always consistent in my experience. Staff here went above and beyond and the restaurant was also a good addition.'

'It's in a great location, with stores and cafés nearby and easy access. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and loved the staff in the dining room every morning at breakfast. They were very kind and friendly! The staff at reception, not so much. We missed the welcoming smiles as we walked past reception. They made very little eye contact and weren't as accommodating or warm. The water in the shower wasn't that hot, either. 'Wij konden om 15.00 uur inchecken. We kwamen aan om 13.45 en konden onze bagage afgeven. Om 15.00 keerden we terug en de receptie zei nog 10 minuten te wachten. Daar wij echter een excursie hadden geboekt waar wij 15.15 moesten zijn en wij ons wilden omkleden zeiden we geen 10 minuten tijd te hebben waarop we met 5 minuten in onze kamer konden. De kamer was 3 hoog en er was geen lift. De douche had een klein straaltje en was kokend heet, beide kranen gaven heet water dus douchen was onmogelijk....
