Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Leuk voor kids. Veel blote basten met tattoos, ook in de ontbijtzaal. Omgeving niet bijzonder, lelijk strand.

Luxe hotel met veel voorzieningen
Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Fijne zwembaden met ligbedden en badlakens. Poolbar en verschillende restaurants. Schone nette moderne kamers. Super vriendelijk personeel. Locatie ook top, op loopafstand van de shoppingmall. Langs een mooi verhard strandpad. Rustig gelegen. Kortom echte aanrader.

Prima hotel voor families
Het hotel is gericht op kinderen en heeft een apart zwembad met enorme glijbaan. Toch kun je er ook zonder kids terecht. Er is een apart gedeelte waar geen kinderen mogen komen. Ook is een van de restaurants ingericht voor mensen zonder kinderen of die hun kinderen 'in de hand hebben'. We hebben een prima 2 daags verblijf gehad. De kamers aan de zwembadkant zou ik mijden, het is er erg luidruchtig. Het ontbijtbuffet is prima. Mocht het buffet bij het zwembad vol zitten ga dan naar het andere restaurant, wat net een tikje netter is, maar waar kinderen alleen onder begeleiding mogen komen. Cappuccino is bij het ontbijt te krijgen tegen een meerprijs. De restaurants zijn te duur voor wat je krijgt. Loop liever naar buiten en ga naar een van de tientallen restaurants in de buurt (check vooral Boardwalk restaurant aan het strand, Discovery Shopping Mall doorlopen naar het strand en dan naar rechts). De spa is mooi en ontspannend. Ik heb een massage gehad en een nailpolish renewal. Beiden uitstekend gedaan. Wij hadden verwacht dat er een open verbinding zou zijn naar het strand, maar dat is relatief. Er is een hek dat 's avonds en 's nachts dicht is. Vanaf het terrein van het hotel is het strand en de zee niet te zien. Heel jammer.

Easy property to stay at. We wanted close to the airport when leaving so spent the last two days here with the kids. Kids room was good and stayed closer to the garden and had a lovely quiet pool at the back door. Very quiet and relaxing. Busy in other parts and only found the Chinese restaurant in the property air conditioned. Are there and was amazing. Lovely staff

Waterpark is good for kids. Kids club was great. Close to Discovery mall shopping. The garden was nice but small and adults pool is too close to kid’s pool so it’s very noisy with music. Buffet didn’t have varieties of foods and almost same foods everyday.

Kids club closes every few hours for water activities, which my kids (2.5yrs & 1yr old) didnt want to do, From 9am - 6pm if you are closing kids club as you please (11am-1pm) & (2pm-4pm) most days and kick everyone out - there is no point of having a kids club - will never recommend to families with young kids under 4, kids who dont want to do water activities or go for food should be allowed to stay there with a supervising adult (which they both had) Never coming back

We finally understood why this resort has been raved about for their kids club. It is the first time the boys has been to Bali and it is nothing but amazing. They refused to leave the resort and everytime we told them we are havung dinner outside, we struggled to get them out. We stayed in the family room which was a little dated however this is being shadowed by their outstanding service attitude, initiative to do what they do- to the best of their ability. I would like to commend the structure they have set up for the kids club. The kids can be there for 6-7 hrs but they are constantly doing different activities! Even my older boys 10 and 12 were busy with the game consoles and other activities like pool and air hockey etc. Well done.

Relaxing and fun at Bali Dynasty
Lovely stay at Bali Dynasty Resport with my family. Food was lovely and fresh and the Irish Pub was fantastic for donner and dancing. Breakfasts were really good and the staff very helpful. We all had a great time. Some really excellent places to eat close to the Resort as well.

What a fantastic place. Kids enjoyed the kids suite and we didnt feel cooped up in the room. The dining options were fantastic as was the kids club that my kids enjoyed most days we werent out exploring.

Service innstilt personale, smilande og hjelpsamme. Vi var der 24-25 desember. Var veldig varmt, også i bassenget. Stort pluss for mange aktiviteter å vere med på, for både barn og voksne. God mat og godt utvalg. Underholdning til middagen, hyggeleg, men umulig å føre en samtale rundt bordet pga det var veldig høgt. Spa område med behandling var 10/10. Alt i alt fornøgd, og hadde lett reist tilbake.

Hotellilla kaikki toimi moitteetta. Palvelu ensiluokkaista ja erittäin ystävällistä henkilökuntaa. Aktiviteettia olisi riittänyt koko päivän aamusta iltaan hotellin järjestämänä. Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
When i was looking where to stay the website said that the whole hotel was fully renovated. It definitely was not cause it looks exactly the same as 2008 , rooms are too old and dated and bathrooms have mould. Staff are wonderful but i would not stay here again for the price i paid.

This is a good solid option for families. There are a good range of rooms and plenty of options for keeping kids entertained. It's nice and quiet, and the overall cleanliness is very impressive. It misses out on direct access to the beach (although there is a back gate). A shade sail over part of the main pool would be a good addition because it's often too hot to stay out in the sun for long and there is barely any shade currently. Also, the buffet breakfast is good, but could do with a little more variety and faster turnover when things run out.
