Zeer mooie accommodatie op een uitstekende locatie. Aan het strand, net buiten de drukte maar alles op loopafstand bereikbaar. Schone kamers met schone badkamer. Prachtig dakterras met zwembad en restaurant. Minpunten: ontbijtruimte zeer druk en rommelig, personeel spreekt zeer matig engels waardoor bestellingen vaak fout gaan.

We are highly valued your observation pertaining the room also bathroom cleanliness and the prime location as well. However we have been notified your review regarding the breakfast area capacity, it can be accommodate over 100 guests in split and we arrange the breakfast until 10.30 am so the guests can choose their comfort time while the guest not too crowd. Voor tweede keer in dit Hotel (ook al in 2016) geweest! Wat het mooiste is is het zwembad op het dak en het strand aan de overkant van de weg! Daarnaast alles in Kuta en Legian op loopafstand, verder goede service! Minpuntje is soms de muziek bij zwembad ( foute playlist en dan iets te luid).

Good hotel right at Kuta Beach
Very pleasant hotel located at a great location. It is right at the beach in Kuta, almost on the edge of Legian. Everything is within walking distance (shops/restaurants/beach). And the best feature of the hotel is the rooftop pool (and bar) with stunning views over the beach, Kuta and toward airports where you can see airplanes land and take off.

Goed hotel! Muziek maakt helaas je wakker
Goed hotel, prima faciliteiten, fijn ontbijt en direct aan het strand. Nadeel: ze heaven in alle gangen speakers ingebouwd die je in ochtend wekken met hotellobby muziek (in plaats van in de lobby).

Zwembad op dak met fantastisch uitzicht
Samen met mijn zoon heb ik 7 nachten doorgebracht in het hotel van waaruit we dagtripjes hebben gedaan of even snel het " dorp" in zijn gegaan. Alle faciliteiten om de hoek waaronder een mooie shoppingmall maar ook lekkere eettentjes waar je heerlijk kunt eten voor 3 - 5 Euro pp inclusief drankje... Heel vriendelijk personeel waar je met engels goed (genoeg) terecht kunt voor vragen. Aanradertje!

Locatie direct aan boulevard , met 24/7 file.
Slecht bereikbaar door 24/7 toeterende taxi,s van de boulevard naar het stadscentrum. Je wordt op straat en in de taxi constant lastig gevallen door bedelaars, en drugs dealers. Personeel in het hotel spreekt geen tot nauwelijks engels, en zegt op alles vriendelijk lachend ,yes sir, zonder te weten wat je bedoelt. Hotel is twee jaar oud, en takelt per uur af. Alles wat kapot gaat, is ,jammer, maar helaas. Drie keer gegeten bij het zwembad. Twee keer niet lekker, en een keer zooo gruwelijk zout, dat het terug moest. Je gelooft het niet, maar de zelfde borden kwamen gewoon weer retour naar onze tafel, met nu iets meer inhoud er op. Zo lost de ,chef, het zout probleem op. Uiteraard nu nog steeds gruwelijk zout. Laten staan dus. Klacht ingediend bij drie personen , nl. bediening, telefonisch de keuken, bij de receptie. Allemaal met het antwoord, ,yes sir, of te wel, blabla. Het strand van Kuta beach mag met stip op 1 wereldwijd het smerigste, meest opzettelijk met huisvuil gedumpte afval vervuilde strand van Indonesië worden genoemd. De restaurants, hotels, en huishoudens , dumpen massaal al hun huisvuil in de zee, met als gevolg dat er over de hele vloedlijn over een breedte van vier meter over de gehele kustlijn een tapijt van plastic afval, en hout kilometers lang aanspoelt, elke dag weer, de hele dag. Je staat letterlijk met je body in zee tussen het drijvende plastic verpakkingen, enlevensgevaarlijke drijvende stukken hout van bomen, en noem maar op. Wegblijven daar!

Top
Heerlijk hotel vlak bij zee. Mooi zwembad waar niemand om 07:00 al een handdoek gaat leggen dus je vrijwel altijd een bedje hebt. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Personeel erg vriendelijk zoals bijna alle mensen op Bali. Later uitchecken omdat onze vlucht pas in de avond ging was geen probleem en zonder extra kosten tot 14:00.

Luidruchtig hotel met mooi uitzicht.
Zijn hier 2 nachten verbleven. Veel last gehad van luidruchtige Poolse (?) toeristen die het zwembad op dak terroriseren. Zwembad biedt een prachtig uitzicht over kuta beach, maar is klein met weinig ligplekken. Rooftop restaurant/bar is s'avonds ook een leuke locatie om kuta te over zien. Ontbijt viel tegen, weinig keuze en niet altijd van goede kwaliteit. Deluxe kamer is ook vrij compact en klein. Na 2 dagen besloten ons verblijf in kuta elders te volbrengen.

Goed hotel met een leuke (kleine) zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht. Enkel zijn de kamers extreem gehorig. We zijn veel gewend maar dit was wel extreem. Daarnaast moet je net het geluk hebben dat er geen chinese groep het hotel bezoekt (kippenhok)

Hotel is modern, ligt centraal bij Kuta Beach. De straat oversteken en je staat op het strand. Ontbijt buffet is erg uitgebreid, goed eten. Zwembad op dak is heerlijk om af te coolen en bij te bruinen. Mis wel wat parasols bij bedjes.

Goed gelegen hotel, voor een relatief goede prijs.
Hotel zag er prima uit. Het was gelegen tegenover het strand. Personeel was vriendelijk. Het hotel lag nabij winkelcentrum Kuta Beachwalk en vele restaurant en andere winkels. Enige nadeel is dat als je daar een auto huurt of een taxi gebruikt redelijk vaak in de file staat. Een ritje van 8km, duurt soms meer dan 1 uur. Ik adviseer dan om een scooter te huren. Zwembad op het dak was wel een beetje aan de kleine kant. En de kamers waren prima. Af en toe stonk het naar sigaretten in de kamer, terwijl wij zelf niet eens roken.

Modern hotel met een prachtig dakterras. Het uitzicht op het strand is geweldig. De kamer is modern en functioneel met goede bedden. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en erg goed. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk,attent en behulpzaam. Om naar het prachtige strand te komen moet je alleen even de straat oversteken. Wij hadden een kamer op de tweede verdieping,zijligging,met uitzicht op een braakliggend terrein waar een nieuw hotel gerealiseerd wordt. We hadden er geen geluidsoverlast van maar mooi was het uitzicht niet.

Het is een mooi nieuw hotel. En alles is zoals op de foto's word aangegeven. Echter klein minpunt waardoor de kamer niet geschikt is voor langer verblijf. En is weinig ruimte om kleding te laten drogen/ophangen.

Mooi (nieuw) hotel aan het strand, goede service!
Hotel in Kuta op een top locatie aan het strand. Het zwembad is werkelijk top (op het dak, uitzicht op het strand) en het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en lekker! We hebben eerst een kamer gehad op de 5e verdieping (530), hier helaas veel rioollucht. Dit hebben we bij meerdere recensies ook gelezen. Hotel kon dit (vanzelfsprekend) niet oplossen (structureel probleem), maar we krijgen een andere kamer op de 3e verdieping, deze was top!

Geweldige keuze voor betaalbare luxe.
Hotel ligt niet direct aan het strand, maar er is een straat tussen. Op het strand kan er goed gesurfd worden. Hotel heeft vele faciliteiten. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. We kregen een upgrade en taart omdat het onze honeymoon was. Goede service van het personeel. Uitgaansleven is op 5 minuten er vandaan, met als voordeel geen geluidsoverlast.

Great location.
During my 1 month stay in Indonesia I have extended my stay at Citadines Kuta twice. Location, location location! You can explorer the island perfectly from this location. The frontdesk and the bellboys are doing a fantastic job! Unfortunately, I wasn't really pleased with my rooms because of bad maintenance. The frontdesk offered me to change rooms and they have done a fantastic job to keep me happy. I do think housekeeping can do a much, much, much better job. I have the feeling they only make the beds and change the towels. It wouldn't hurt them to actually clean the bathroom, swipe the floors and even change the sheets of the bed if necessary. I noticed they didn't as bits and pieces as dust, hair or maybe crumbs were left at the same spots as where I noticed them earlier. I loved staying in this hotel, but for a 'new' hotel I think the rooms can be in a much better state. The rooftop pool is fantastic with beautiful views, but being so high also means you are right under the sun. I do think they should put more umbrella's there to make sure guests won't suffer from heavy sunburn!!! Apart from the housekeeping issue I would def recommend this hotel because overall the frontdesk and the bellboys have done a fantastic job to keep me happy.

Disgusting Airfreshener!
The hotel is across from the beach. Very busy area, with the traffic it is a wasted of time. The wall is very thin can hear noise or talking from other room and hall way. They also used air freshener in the room when cleaning and in the hallway. The smell is a disgusting and hard to breath. Breakfast is basic. Service is great.

ランドリーサービスを利用しようと考えていましたが、無料でランドリー設備を利用できるようになっていたので助かりました。チェックイン時にフロントスタッフが使い方の概要を教えてくれてありがたかったです。また実際に利用し始めると掃除担当のスタッフの方が洗濯や乾燥が終わるころに受け取りに間に合わないとハンガーにかけてくれていたりビニール袋に洗濯物を入れておいてくれたりして、設備を次に利用したい宿泊客のために配慮してくれて嬉しかったです。どの従業員の方も笑顔で挨拶して対応してくださり、宿泊中はとても気分がよかったです。

아ㅡ여기 할말 많은데 일단 공사장뷰 커텐은 열 생각하지마세요 수영장이 꼭대기층이라 그거만 보고가세요 그리고 청소한다고 저녁에도 6시에 청소해버리는 클라스 4박 했는데 괜히 4박 했어요 바닷가 앞이라 좋은건 그냥 서핑이랑 선셋 그 두가지요 스카이라운지에서 보는 바다도 좋구요 조식도 바다를 보면서 했어요 음식은 그냥 그래요 빵이 맛있어요 빵 안먹는데 크로와상처럼 생긴 두가지만..세탁시설 있는데 더러워요 그래도 다 세탁해버렸어요 작은거 하나에 10000루피아 더라구요 그냥 옆에 편의점에서 8000루피아주고 큰거 사서 새벽내내 다 빨아 버렸어요 아차 마사지 절대 받지마세요 너무 못해요 10분도 빼먹고 발마사지 몸마사지 다 가격이 같은대 서비스는 완전ㅜㅜ그냥 바디 마사지 받을걸 직원이 하기 싫었나봐요 젊은 직원이 진짜 화낼뻔 했는데 그냥 꾹 참고 진짜 끝난거야 한번 묻고 확 나와버렸어요 아들하고 둘이 받는건데 너무 화가 나드라구요 차라리 밖에 있는 마사지가 더 잘해요 아무튼 시타딘 나중엔 안가요 돈 좀 더 주고 옆에 가든가 아니면 덜주고 골목쪽으로 가는게 나을거 같아요

Paper thin walls, extremely noisy, beds are very very hard and uncomfortable, staff very friendly, pool has no shade but great views, definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.unable to get any sleep due to Thin walls LOUD Occupants.

Extremt lyhört.
Min värsta hotellupplevelse på länge. Man hör allt på hotellet. Väggar och dörrar verkar vara gjorda av plast. I kombination med Känslan att det bodde många fler personer i varje rum än vad det borde och det var livat från tidig morgon till sen kväll, även städarna förde liv när de städade. Hotellet borde generellt kolla sina övervakningskameror oftare och ha lite koll vad som händer på deras hotell. Det är stökigt. Bad om glutenfritt bröd och fick inte det trots förvarning och blev beskylld för att inte säga till i tid. Poolen på taket var fin och trevlig takterass. Man får dock inte låna handdukar för att bada i havet 50m från hotellet.
