klein maar prettig!.
De lokatie lijkt niet erg aantrekkelijk omdat de weg naar het hotel toe is nog niet geasphalteerd. Het hotel staat niet zo ver weg van een grote en drukke weg, maar van deze drukte merkt je niets van. Dus, ik kon rustig slapen. Langs de grote weg zijn er weinig 'warungs' waar je voor een paar euros lekker kan eten. Aan de overkant van de grote weg zijn er twee grote winkels waar je souveniers kan kopen. Maar om de weg over te steken heb je een securityman voor nodigomdat die ontzettend druk is. Die is altijd bereid om je te helpen. De kamer is op zich goed, netjes en schoon. Het zwembad is groot en schoon genoeg om in te zwemmen. Het personeel is goed en bereid om te helpen. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is gunstig. Dus, ik genot van mijn verblijf in het hotel.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Er wordt weinig tot niks aan onderhoud gedaan. Schoonmaak is oppervlakkig. Lokatie is niet goed, wel ok. Voor strand en shoppen wel taxi of auto nodig. Zwembad in t hotel is klein en s middags in de schaduw. Ontijt erg slecht, vooral de koffie!

Veel Bali voor weinig!
Ik ben hier geweest in dit nieuw gebouwde hotel in de periode van:. 29-06 - 15-07 2014 Wat mij gelijk opviel, was de gemoedelijke sfeer die er heerst. Alles doet heel familiair aan. Vervolgens werd ik begeleid naar mijn kamer. Deze was meer dan goed verzorgd. Voor 17 euro per nacht verwacht je geen 5 sterren hotel. Maar dit was allemaal haarfijn in orde. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Elke dag kwam de housekeeping keurig op tijd om de kamers schoon te maken. Daarnaast waren de bedden zeer comfortabel, en de Wi-Fi was uitzonderlijk snel! Het enige minpunt die ik kon vinden was de gehorigheid van de kamers. Aangezien het een klein en knus hotel is, is dit wel te horen in de kamers. Maar dit weegt niet op tegen al het goeds wat dit hotel verder brengt. De ligging van het hotel is prima, er kan makkelijk een taxi worden besteld om je vervolgens te brengen naar de hotspots van Kuta. Er is een Carrefour supermarkt, en een gerenommeerd sushi restaurant op loopafstand. Daarnaast is er ook de mogelijkheid om excursies te doen over het gehele eiland met een chauffeur. (deze kan zelfs Nederlands spreken!) Het hotel heeft ook nog eens een restaurant, waar je op elk moment van de dag een snack of zelfs een gehele maaltijd kunt bestellen. Erg handig als je geen zin hebt om de stad weer in te gaan. Het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk. Volgende keer weer!

Staff is very nice. The entrance road have to improve. Air cond system have to improve, insufficient of cooling. The water has a little bit salty.

Nice friendly hotel.
Staff fantastic. Is a little far away from most things. Bathroom needs updating and water only just warm. Beds comfortable but ver squeaky. Pool lovely.

Disappointing D'lima
Very disappointing from the moment we arrived. We expected the hotel to be on the main road but it was down a dirt track. The rooms were ok, but only one staff member spoke a little bit of English. When the staff finally got around to taking our breakfast order ( we were the only guests) we were informed that there wasn't any choice just whatever they were cooking. It turned out ok but I was very annoyed by this stage. After several days of this we packed up and moved to another hotel. We travel within Australia and overseas at least twice a year and have done for many years and this is the first time I have ever felt the need to move hotels mid holiday.

Had a great time in this hidden and very quiet place. There was no dramas and the hotel staff where nice and helpful when needed. Located very well as well, allowing it to be hidden but a quick walk from restaurants and a shopping center.

I had been in this hotel for 6 days 5 nights, i found that this hotel was very cozy and quite. All the staffs were very helpful. The rooms was quite big for 2 adults and 1 child and very clean too.

I'm impressed with D'lima Hotel and Villa's cleanliness and jovial attitude of the staffs. It's a superb place to stay in Kuta. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thank you, D'lima Hotel and Villa.

Cheap clean room but wouldn't recommend 4 families
For a clean room and a bed the hotel was fine. Our taxi driver from the airport had trouble locating the hotel to begin with. The hotel is located down a track behind other major venues on Sunset Road. It is on the wrong side of Sunset Road from tourist spots and is quite a distance from central Kuta which means we needed a taxi to go anywhere. It is however close to a shopping center where a lot of locals go, and is within walking distance from a lot of surf shops. For a hotel located in Kuta, it was far from most things located in Kuta. Breakfast was provided in our stay. There was very little variation in what was provided for breakfast. We were told that breakfast would be availble from between 7am-10am. When arriving for breakfast at 7am, we had to wait around 45mins-1hour for breakfast. On some days we found breakfast wasn't served, I suspect this was becuase there wasn't many people staying at the hotel, but what they didn't communicate to us was that we needed to order breakfast instead so there were a couple of days where we were at a loss of what to do and we went and got breakfast elsewhere. There might have been a problem with pipes or drainage as there often was a bad odor rising through the pipes in the bathroom. We found that we had to request our toilet paper to be replenished, as they musn't have checked when servicing the room. We did have a problem with our airconditioner in the room and the hotel staff quickly went about getting it fixed.

Exotisk still, underbar villa!
D'lima hotell var ett fantastiskt boende för oss! Jag åkte med min sambo, mamma pappa och syster. Vi hyrde en villa med privat pool och wow, vi hade det så bra! Så bra så att vi återkom till d'lima och deras villa efter att vi spenderat en vecka på gili trawangan. Tyst och lugnt område, något öde men det var bara skönt tyckte vi. Vi hade våran egen oas där. Stormarknad ligger inom gångavstånd där man kan fylla både kylen o magen. Poolen i villan var alltid ren o fin och man har ett eget soldäck på taket. Exotiskt stil och så vi jäste här! Ta dock inte frukost, den var värdelös rent utsagt, vi struntade helt i den och handlade eget o satt i villan o jäste innan dagens aktiviteter började.

Great apartment, but not-so-good location.
The hotel and rooms are great. The rooms are big and clean, but not many facilities in the hotel. The location is not that great as well. You will have to turn twice after entering the "main street", and there are nothing (no shop / house) on the way to the hotel. We heard from a person that a tourist got robbed in the middle of the night, while returning to the hotel (although we aren't very sure if it is true or not).

Ho avuto occasione di pernottare per qualche giorno in questo Hotel, di recente costruzione dalle stanze moderne e confortevoli. La colazione però è decisamente scarsa, non si capisce poi ogni giorno che cosa ti faranno avere, credo dipenda dalla voglia del cuoco... L'hotel è ubicato fuori Kuta, che risulta raggiungibile in 5-10min in taxi o scooter. Il personale è gentile anche se il servizio è piuttosto lento...

We reserved for 1 night and stayed 4 nights. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is friendly and helpfull. The pool is nice and clean too. Not close to the beach (you need a car, a bike or a taxi).

Very nice and cozy hotel, really friendly staff! No complains at all. Yes, the place is not very convenient, but you see the price! If it was near the beach, the price would be twice more!

I only stayed here for 3 nights but truly had a lovely experience will be back again to stay next trip! Staff were caring and very providing, especially because I fell sick so they regularly checked up on me and made sure I was ok, thanks again guys!

A nightmare!
The hotel is located in a middle of a giant pile of rubbish (a tip), our three children were eaten alive by moses despite powerful insect repellent, the power in the villa went off 20 times per evening, the villa was infested with bats at night time, there was no washing machine and a simple load of laundry would take 4 days to be processed by staff, our privacy was continuously invaded as staff members would walk in and out of the villa at their convenience without even knocking. We have photos to back this up. The worst holiday of our life Expedia!!!!!! Thanks a lot!!!!!

Fantastic stay, until check out...
We had a fantastic week at the D'Lima Hotel, upon arrival we were offered an upgrade to the villa with private pool, as we were led to believe it would be a very cheap offer we jumped at the chance. The villa was fabulous, clean, homely, comfortable & very spacious, the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic week and experiance with them until the last day when we came to check out. We were previously led to believe the upgrade would be a certain price for the whole week, we checked this a number of times before moving our things over to the villa and were told by 2 separate staff members that this price was for the full week on top of what we had already payed. However when we came to check out we had an awful shock that the price we were told had been per night not the whole week as we were led to believe and were now asked to pay 8x what we thought we had to pay. We spent over 1hr discussing with the same members of staff that had moved us over to the villa that this what's not what they had told us in the first place but were told we had to pay or they would not be able to feed their children. Please be aware if you are offered an upgrade at this hotel and get the price in writing before accepting any changes!!

다좋은데 호텔로 들어가는 길이..
다른면에서 공항도 가깝구 까르푸도가깝고 좋고 호텔시설도 신설이구 무엇보다 직원들도 친절했어요 하지만 호텔이 너무 어두운곳에있어서 공사현장을 지나쳐야해요ㅜㅜ 여자혼자가면 쫌만어두워져도 못나갈듯 그래서 저는 저녁에 직원분 오토바이도움받아서 앞에 편의점 다녀왔어요 길가면 널린게 택신데 택시잡으러 나가기도 어두워서.. 저렴해서 공항가까운 하루용으론 갠찮은듯
