Its like Paradise, And Yes Im honest!
I had the room with hottub, the service off the staff is what you dream off. I never want to leave here. Its So much better than i expected.

Morgenmad med variation og personale var villige til at lave ønsket morgenmad. Personale er meget sød og hjælpsom. Rengøring er udført af ung dreng og er ringe specielt badeværelser er ulækkert, men de fylder godt op med sæbe, tandbørste, shampoo. osv. min seng var dejligt men min døtre var ikke så glad for deres. Håndklæderne og sengetøj bliver ikke skiftet så tit. Vi har alle fået mange myggestik i soveværelset og der kravler små insekter på bord.

Good hotel but horrible front desk service
Hotel and breakfast is excellent for the price but front desk service is horrible . Simply lack of training and intelligence . I arrived to check in at about 7pm and booking done half hour ago. I gave them the booking number and whatever they wanted to prove I had paid through Hotel. Com. After 45 mins still no sign of checking me in. When I went to the counter to enquire they reception told the room is not ready . I was furious because if they had told me how long it will take to do up the room . I could have gone out for dinner instead of wasting the time waiting . The 2nd bad encounter was when the key card was not able to function . No tel nearby and had to walk all the way to the reception but what makes me boil was when I told them to have a phone nearby for the customers convenience , they replied immediately that there is a phone in the room meaning that I was stupid of not using that phone . Instead they are real dumb as the key is not functioning and how can I go inside the room. It’s pathetic to see the low level of intelligence of the staff, obviously due to poor training and poor selection of suitable people .

Highly Recommend.
The hotel was amazing, clean, staff were great and greeted us by our first names always, a great selection of delicious food with their buffet breakfast. A great hotel for couples or families. Central to many locations and 15 minute walk from downtown Kuta, but away from congested areas of Kuta. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Bali.

Awesome Ever
It was an amazing bday stay with Golden Tulip Jineng Resort. Everytime i come bali.. GTJR is a favourite place to stay. Service wise, tip top.. from the security level, the front counter ( Every shift from 18-21 march ) , breakfast is better than before and everyone deserve this beautiful credits. 침구도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 외부를 걸어서 구경하기에는 10-15분 걸으면 작은 몰 같은게 하나있고 서프브랜드 아울렛이 있지만 신호등 건널목이 없기때문에 위험할 수 있습니다. 저녁에 도착해서 거의 잠만 잘거였기때문에 큰 어려움은 없었고 조식은 괜찮은 편입니다. 다양하구요

The presentation of the upon entry to the lobby is nice and the common areas are nice. I showed up and they couldn't find my booking although I had the email confirmation as well as booking reference number. This made checking in take a while. The rooms are dark and dingy. Had an odor inside that I don't have a clue where it was coming from. The bathroom was huge but definitely not cleaned to my standard. Lots of hard water stains everywhere along with mildew growing on the cocking. The neighborhood is busy by day and deserted by night. Not convenient at all as there is nothing to do within walking distance. I couldn't bring myself to stay here the entire length of my booking so I checked out the very next morning after arriving. I would not recommend staying here while in Bali.

nice hotel on a busy road, not close to beach
the staff were helpful and friendly , the hotel was well equipped with good gym and pool. the room was large and comfortable. I was the only Australian there that I could see, however it did not matter. only complaint was for me the food was disappointing, what I ate was cold, reheated, dry and not very appetizing.

Lovely staff and nice hotel.. only a couple issues
Firstly the staff were amazing and very lovely. Everything we asked for we got. The rooms were nice and the staff cleaned our room daily which was great. The only issues being that we chose a hotel specifically for the swim up bar, the bar was closed the whole time we were there and the staff didn’t frequent the pool enough to offer drinks. & the location, the hotel is on a main road which is great as most taxi drivers new how to get there. The only issue with the location is because the traffic was so busy it would take us anywhere between 20-45 mins to get to the main strip of Kuta which is only 5- 10 mins away.

It's a new hotel with a lot of little problems, I got a room with a realy bad smell in the bathroom, they tried to solve it with some spraybottles, which of course did not work.Very friendly staff. The towels looked like old rags. Minibar was not never restocked and so on

A couple of complaints but a nice hotel
Check in fantastic arrived early but no problems let us in out room.wonderful service thankyou.but unimpressed that we had to pay $5 at breakfast (included in price) for a glass of orange juice as not supplied at breakfast not impressed then on returning to room after breakfast have cleaner knocking on door 9.30 wanting to clean room and unimpressed when we said no as wanting to shower ect and to top it of to be rang at 11.30 telling us we needed to be out before 12 and when are we checking out as after 12 we would be charged.so felt like it was s getout phone call. But other than that rooms nice walls a bit thin and can hear others very easy but a nice place to stay. The young man on the shuttle is an assets to your business very nice polite friendly happy person and he bade out day so sorry I didn't get his name

comfy hotel, great for family. the security team is really friendly and helpful. The room is quite big and comfortable. location near to kuta, airport, seminyak.

Nice resort, good variety breakfast. Little bit off main tourist area, taxi or 15 min walk. Room is big and clean, 2 TVs, the only thing to be changed - the corners of the bed foundation are sharp and sticking out, you'll hit them with your feet several times a day, not very safe.

What you see is what you get .. fantabulous
would love to compliments on each every individual staff that you guys have. They were totally awesome. I was greeted with a smile by your staff Tony during airport pick up upon arrival on the 18 Mar 2017. It was a very last minute plan for a getaway in bali and i booked your hotel atleast 3 hours before arrival. Sintia your check-in receptionist and few others names i dont remember is totally the friendliest people in this hotel services i have went. When i was greeted with that welcomed faces, makes me even excited to extend my nights. As i booked only one night, extending another 2 nights till 21st march .. making me wanting to extend another night here. I was at the pool yesterday night, laze around when one of your chinese guest seems to have lost something, saw two of your team, Rizal and Irwan approached him and seems to be asking as if he lost something, true enough, the guest lost his bracelet. Its very often to see an honesty at work place. A true dedicated worker i would say. Not forgetting your security team. Firm but never rude, always on their feet to ensure safety is their upmost priority. When i said ALL staff means everyone, be in over the restaurants, the chamber maids. OMG you team deserved this compliments. Thank you for making my stay an enjoyable one.
