As a matter of fact, we have informed you that more than 200 guests stay in the hotel, although only one room complaint about the band sound. We have more than 25 in-house guests who need to sing together. If we stopped this music immediately, they will also complain. Please realize probably that was the beginning of open border in Bali, so this is happiness of guests come together in Bali. But, when you will come and stay with us, we will offer you a room at the back part of hotel, so there is no noisy from the bar. However, we have some more rooms at the back. For your next stay kindly ask the room that a bit at the back of hotel that has a nice garden, to reduce the music beat. Our staff will be very glad to assist you.
