Niet zo hygiënisch en spectaculair als op de foto's. Betaald voor een kamer met view. Aangekomen op het hotel bleek dat er geen balkon was. 300.000rpi p/nacht bijbetaald voor balkon. En het uitzicht was... de McDonald's! Wifi is niet gratis en moet je per 24uur per apparaat los erbij kopen. Dat viel al met al beetje tegen. Locatie goed.

Rats by the pool!!
Was going to rate this as a reasonable value for money hotel until I saw the rats by the pool on day 4 of my 5 day stay. Old rooms in need of some renovation and pretty average breakfast that was included in the price so can’t complain about that. The housekeeping is good though and the staff friendly enough. Great location as well though not good if you want peace and quiet. The rats were a show stopper though and I won’t return as a result.

Property right opposite Kuta beach and next to a bar which plays live music through the night to 12pm. It is so loud and can be heard through the walls and into the rooms. Paid for an ocean view room but there was no ocean view. Could only see the side of the property with a view of trees. The walls of the property are so thin, had an issue with the guest next door snoring really loud. Complained to the reception twice and they did nothing about it so we had to communicate next door ourselves to ask him to politely quieten down. Room size was okay but had issues with one of the lights not working, there is a door connecting to next door which was not locked. The water was not hot so had cold shower for 5 days. Complained to reception-again nothing was done about it. Also the water in the hotel was very salty so when washing face it felt disgusting. There was ants running around in the bathroom in particular the sink. We had to pay extra for WiFi. The hotel has a lift but you have to walk up stairs to get to the lift and when you reach your selected floor, you have to walk up stairs after you exit (kind of defeats the purpose of a lift). The breakfast selection was really not great - didn’t enjoy the breakfast at all so didn’t eat it for the 5 days we stayed there. The pool also did not look appealing so never went in it. The location is just off kuta beach which meant it was where all the scam and con artists were ready to pounce everytime we left and returned to the hotel

The picture over sells this place for sure. I was in a deluxe pool view room but it was a dark dingy room next to the janitors closet. The price also didn't include internet and the breakfast was quite plane. On the positive it's right by the beach and very central to Kuta

There wasnt much i liked about this property there photos didnt match there advertising the shower hadnt been cleaned it had scum mold all over the tap handle i kept getting burnt in the shower no tempering valve 2 bottles wayer ok by day as these were needed over all very disappointed disappointed as much the same as Bali as a joliday destination will never go back or reccommond it to anyone as far as asian citys go its the worst food accommodation cheap and nasty

Hotel reception we’re lovely. The hotel condition was average, the electricity went out 3 times in 11 days which meant no water in the rooms, so that lead to none in the toilet . Breakfast was not worth paying the extra money, it was the same 4 choices and believe me it’s not for Australians.

Central location, very handy to Kuta beach and main shopping / market locations. The Sandbar restaurant was great however, Maharani would benefit from a full renovation to update and refresh. Friendly, helpful staff & security.

立地、朝食、部屋の広さは文句なしです! 金額以上でした! また、部屋のコンセントの形状が馴染みのないものでしたが、フロントにてアダプタを借りられたので、使うことができました。 以降は気になった点です。 •1日目のタオルが未使用だったのにも、関わらずニオイが気になりました。(連泊し、2日目以降から柔軟剤の匂いのタオルになりました。) •シャワーはヘッドを引っ掛けるところが破損していたため固定できなかっので、少し苦労しました。 ・水道水に臭みはないですが、歯磨きできないほどにマズイ味がします。シャワーも同様です。歯磨きの際は、ペットボトルの水を使うことを強くオススメします。

Wi-Fiが無料じゃないのが一番残念でした。 朝食はとても美味しく、プールも気持ちよかった。 立地はクタビーチの目の前でポビーズ1にも面しているのでとても便利でした。部屋もとても掃除が行き届いていてきれいで快適に過ごすことができました。 最後に、フロントスタッフの女性の接客が素晴らしかった。すごく素敵な笑顔で楽しい気分にさせてくれました。 また利用させてもらいます(^^)

The hotel room smelled horrible, the bathroom was mouldy, the hotel does not provide enough toileteries so luckily we were only staying for one night. service was okay since the staff were friendly. but the local area was amazing, the beach was filled with many friendly people and we ended up trying out surfing for the first time! would surely go back but not stay at this hotel though.

It was in very much need of maintenance. Floor tiles that moved under your feet. Doors that wouldn't open because they were touching the floor. Staff were polite and di their best to please

The place was dirty when I got there and needed someone to clean the bathroom and toilet before i could use them. One staff member was lovely and I’m sorry to say I can remember his name. He was on duty my during my check out. Otherwise no cared about anything. Lots of smiles but no substance. For the first two days i was there the pool was discussing. With a few more guests arriving the third day it was cleaned and used by patrons. Would never go back.

Great location and very relaxed atmosphere . The pool area needs a pretty up and the breakfast was below average...bar staff were fantastic and bery accommodating...the bed was very comfortable

Hot water for showers not always available. The “beach view” that I paid extra for is a clear close up view of the McDonalds Golden Arches. It says to leave details about your stay so they can accommodate your needs and it was our anniversary (which I listed) and we got a dirty room, the floor had a gritty feel to it, the balcony looks like it was doing to fall soon, the bathroom needed to be gutted and remodeled, the air conditioning is mediocre at best, the tv had sound but it kept cutting out, the WiFi is something you have to pay extra for and it is complete garbage. It kept making me resignin every 20 minutes and it was slower than a snail race. You’re a brave soul if you attempt to eat the breakfast. It was cold, eggs were soupy, hot juices, and flies everywhere. We actually preferred the McDonalds food over that. Not worth it.
