Terrible hotel but good location
I stayed there three days. No hot water in the evenings and the shower was terrible! Breakfast was similar to airplain food, you need to decide what you want a night before breakfast and in the morning you get your breakfast in the cup which has been waiting for you all morning... I paid for three days breakfast and only eaten once because the sandwich was bad... SO DO NOT take the breakfast! Wifi in the rooms did not work.. signal was weak.. Hotel has good location but thats the only good thing about Pop Hotel...

Bekvämt hotell med god service!
Pop var ett toppen ställe! Mycket trevlig personal och städat hotell. Fanns en härlig pool med egna handdukar och ett enkelt minimarket samt poolbar. Serverades en enkel frukost låda varje morgon där man själv fick välja vad man ville ha, i princip gratis. Läget låg nära en massa shopping, ett stort mall, restauranger och gatuförsäljning. Rummen va moderna med en massa bra kanaler. Nytt gratis vatten varje dag. Svårt att sova tre trots att man bokat ett rum för tre! Dessutom är duschen lite dryg då man blöter ner hela toalettutrymmet och heller inte har någonstans att hänga av sig i rummet nästan. Vi är oerhört nöjda här!!

Hotel staff were excellent and everyday-life was easy at the hotel - we had a safety locker, free bottled water, clean towels and sheets nearly everyday in addition to a small breakfast (limited to two persons even though our room was rented to three persons). Location of the hotel is really good for exploring Kuta and all the places are in walking distance. The only big problem with our room was the air quality. Windows can not be opened and the air gets really bad and moist. It took 4 days to dry a wet t-shirt! When leaving the hotel, no wonder that we also found fungus growing up on our luggage, which were left next to wall of our room for the holiday week.

Leider nicht sauber.....
Es wird nicht richtig , geputzt, keine Reinigung mittel eingesetzt! Schimmelpilz in Dusche und Waschbecken. Bettwäsche wird nur gewechselt wenn man zufällig im Zimmer ist ansonsten bleibt die eine Woche die gleiche.

Not worth your time.
Too busy, filthy pool area and lobby. Horrible free breakfast buffet. Rude staff who refused to help us call a taxi. Weird smell in the room.

Night mare experience at POP HOTEL kuta.
It's a nightmare.. Waited 2 hrs before the transport arrives to take us to the hotel. Called the call center few times to confirmed and they still take ages to arrives. They even mixed how its another hotel Pop Harris. No apologies and upon check in the reception only one person and theres many local checking in waited another 30 mins. Very bad service n location and just everything.

Awesome for budget stay
Value for money! We had awesome stay here with lots of services inclusive airport shuttle, free motorbike for 24h, breakfast and the location is in walking distance to Kuta Beach.

Do not waste your money or time here
Booked a room for three and there are only Two beds, it equates that the third member had to sleep on a sofa/ledge in the room, staff reluctant to give sheets for this ledge as well. Pool was nice but no sun, as well as this the pool had too many chemicals and was hard to open eyes. You will not sleep if on second floor as screaming children at 6.30am is the norm. On a positive the staff were lovely especially at a busy breakfast that can only remind you of a zoo.

Great for those on a budget
A great hotel for those on a budget. But the shower/ bathroom was very small and often while showering would soak the clothes you planned to change into. The cubicle housing both the toilet and shower was rather small and a little dirty. The location was good however in a kind of questionable location.

Что бы переспать самое то.
За эти деньги , не плохо. Пляж рядом , поесть рядом . Номера конечно очень, очень маленькие. Завтрак для европейского человека вообще не завтрак. Мы были там четыре ночи, больше бы не смогли. Ну а вообщем нормально.

Pelayanannya kurang memuaskan. Staff tidak ramah. Closet kamar mandi tidak dibersihkan, terlihat jorok & aga menjijikan. Kami complain mengenai handuk & seprai, tapi setelah masuk kamar lagi malah dibuatkan dari handuk bentuk kembang & gajah (keset handuk kamar mandi dibentuk muka gajah) & ditaruh di tempat tidur. Yang bagus lokasinya strategis, ke pantai kurang dari 1km.

Modern day concentration camp!
This hotel is nothing short of depressing. The rooms are tiny and there is a capsule on the side of the room which functions as a bathroom/toilet/shower combination. It feels like a prison cell! The grounds of the hotel remind me of movies I've seen about concentration camps! The building is all concrete. Completely void of any character. Why stay in a depressing place like this when you're in paradise and can easily find affordable lodging elsewhere without the gloom of this place?!!

Bon rapport qualité prix
L'hôtel est pas mal, un peu dans le style Ibis Hotel. Il est bien situé, les chambres sont propres et le personnel sympathique. Les points négatifs : -Le réseau WI-FI qui n'est pas forcément top -La douche/toilettes dans une espèce de box Le rapport qualité prix reste globalement bon.

Cheap budget hotel close to the beach. Very small 16 Sq m. But with hydro shower and colorful settings. Breakfast was simple Baliness b/f with corn flakes. Otherwise free WiFi and courteous staff was a good draw.
