Very close to airport. Quick walk to lots of genuine Indonesian restaurants. Nice pool and very large family room. Only downside was that the aircon didn't work very well. Otherwise, very good value for money.

This property is a 10 out of 10. Incredible value for money - perfect for families !! We had a huge family suite next to the pool and paid around $55 AUD. If we had not already booked and paid for the Padma we would have stayed longer. Highly recommended for value & cleanliness.

Expectation did not match reality.
Opted for Pandok Sari as my partner was at the BICM hospital undergoing surgery. Location wise it was only 11 minutes by taxi to the hospital, so i thought it would be ideal. The photos of the rooms also convinced me to give it a go. I checked in at 2pm and was not given any information about wifi or breakfast. As i had been at the hospital from 3am i was too exhausted to remember to ask . I was introduced to my room and all i could smell was damp. They tried to mask it with air freshners and putting the a/c on. The walls had lots of cracks on it and there were no windows. So it felt really dark and dingy. I also discovered that i was sharing a room with frogs and lizards. It wasnt a problem but sometimes a bit creepy when you would see creatures dart across the room in the wee hours of the morning or at night. The exterior areas of the hotel were well kempt but at least my room was in need of major improvement. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay and you dont mind damp then this place may be fine for you. In my case, i will not return.

Cosy hotel
It isa nicesmall hotel with very nice rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast is basic. The swimmingpool is nice and clesn, the garden is besutiful eith flower.

Останавливалась в этом отеле в прошлом году, в целом все неплохо: были замечания к качеству сантехники, завтракам и еще по мелочи, стандартный номер маленький , но достаточно стильный, если есть мопед, то и расположение сойдет, но в этот раз, в связи с отменами рейсов из-за активности вулкана Агунг, я, не имея возможности прибыть в отель вовремя и вообще в ближайшее время, со срывом поездки в целом , попросила вернуть мне оплаченную стоимость проживания и войти в мое положение сотрудников отеля, на что получила отказ и была очень неприятно удивлена, обескуражена черствостью и безразличием персонала, а в условиях срыва долгожданного и длительнопланируемого отпуска была сильно расстроена и раздосадована. Отправка ссылок и документов на отмену всех близлежащих рейсов моей авиакомпании результатов не дали. Больше в этот отель я не поеду и советовать знакомым тоже не буду.

Pillows-the best of any hotel I've been in Bali
Fantastic value. The service was great. Rooms were nice. Pillows were not too big! Flower arrangements in earthenware pots full of water....really sweet vibe.

Hotel sympathique et agréable mais le gros point noir est la propriété du linge de lit et des serviettes. Beaucoup de tâches jaunâtre sur les draps. De plus forte odeur d humidité. A savoir la WiFi fonctionne uniquement autour de la piscine et dans le hall! Cependant pour ce petit prix c est très très correctes !!!

Nice, comfortable hotel
I stayed 9 nights at the Pondok Sari. It is a nice hotel away from the hustle of Kuta, but only a 15 minute walk to the shopping district. Great warungs nearby. Clean swimming pool, and helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and a clean room. I had a great stay at the hotel.

Very good hotel for the price.
Close to the Airport, perfect for a night stop over. Mainly domestic Indo tourist stay here. Not much around this part of Kuta. Very quiet. Great room for the small price, good pool, friendly staff. All good for a quick stay.

Bad location, bad service.
Never received communication from this hotel, nor did they reply to any of my emails. Upon arrival we were not greeted and was given really bad attitude from the male worker. When arriving in our 3 x family rooms, 1 didn't have power, another had spiders and the last room had water spitting out from the aircon onto the beds. We noticed bed sheets weren't changed and two (out of 8 of us) got bitten by bed bugs. Free breakfast is toast and 1 boiled egg.

check in di kamar 517, hand shower air hanya mengalir kecil, pada saat komplain hanya dijawab iya saja tanpa ada tindak lanjut lagi selama 2 hari kedepan, sampai akhirnya dibenerin sendiri oleh driver saya. i'm check in at room 517, the water come out so slow from the hand shower, i do make a complain to the receptionist, but he only said "yes i will tell to the mechanics" but it never fix for the next 2 days later, then finally i ask my driver to fixed it by our self

basic. .. did the job.
Used this hotel as it was close to the airport and we arrived late. We just stayed the one night before going to a superior hotel. It was pretty basic but comfy enough for what we wanted. I wouldn't stay here for more than an overnighter. Water pressure in shower was terrible and water was cold. Breakfast was very ordinary. Location was also ordinary located down a day lane away from tourist areas. Staff were ok.

Stay was comfortable and simple, everything was as expressed on the website, but there was too much of noise entering the room early mornings as it is just adjacent to the main road.

Bed was heaven
Loved the bed, staff were wonderful. Shower was hopeless, no hot water on second floor and taps just spun around, electricity was no good, jug took 14 mins to boil. For the price I can not complain. Again, staff were wonderful.

Ok for the price
We were a bit disappointed at first as the photos can be quite misleading but overall it was a nice stay and many helpful, friendly staff. A bit out of the way and breakfast was pretty terrible; greasy, salty fried rice every day and straight syrup instead of juice, I would just get the room with no breakfast. However, we had a really nice time there so they are obviously making up for any negatives.

Good small hotel close to airport
We were here just for 1 night arriving in after 8pm and needed something close to airport and not overpriced. Well we found the right place. Good and clean, staff helpful and clean room and non smelly bathroom. Bed was comfortable, and big. We had a large family room and comfortable, great value. Just the breakfast need to be asked what you like. As I love Asian breakfast but was given a western breakfast with no choice. But beside that this hotel is a good value place. And quiet which is nice.

Rooster awakening
The hotel itself is lovely, nice room and amenities. Breakfast was lovely. THE downside is that the hotel is nestled in a semi residential area and the properties surrounding the hotel have roosters. The said roosters start crowing at 4.30am! This crowing was continuous commencing at this time and did not let up until dark each day. I checked out and changed hotels after 2 nights
