Het was opzicht een mooie hotel heel groot ,enijn kamer was goed,en alles zit erin,dat bevalt mij wel,enhet is net buiten,het drukke kuta,netwat ik nodig heb om even bijtekomen van mijn reis naar bali.

They double booked our stay and we got put into a half renovated room for our first night which we did arrive at 1am the next morning of our booking. Then the next day we waited for 3hrs to get into our new room. They did try and I’m sure they didn’t mean for these things to happen. The hot water only lasted a very short time maybe only 2mins. And they only stock the toilet paper with what looked to be the end of a roll everyday. They seemed friendly enough but didn’t understand any English so I used a translator app which helped a lot. I guess for the price we got what we paid for but it wasn’t a great place to take our family as all the floors had someone smoking and it just smelt bad every time we left the room.

Excellent hotel but noisy for rooms at the front. Very good restoration with brilliant staff, although I don't know what would happen if it became busy. Interesting bathroom which we liked, but could imagine some people getting spooked by glass walls. Good vslue

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the pool is nice. However there were a few issues. The walls between the rooms are very thin. We were in a room that was between two families both with babies and young children who kept us awake crying all night and then again at 5 or 6 in the morning. The bed sheets on the bed had blood stains. I understand they had been washed but still, not something you want to see, the sheets should have been binned. The hotel has a very big issue with ants. They were all over our room especially when we had room service and they were crawling all over the breakfast buffet and some of the food that hadn't been covered. One morning we also found multiple hairs in some of the fried rice and noodles that were out for breakfast. Ordering food from the restaurant I thought was adequate until the hair incident which put me off eating there. Over all they really need to improve on cleanliness.

Loved the pool and room. The restaurant service was very bad. Meal took so long to arrive and then the staff all stood around talking Thu did not come near us again. We had to tell to get another drink. Plus the food was terrible.

This hotel was very clean and the beds we're sooo comfortable. The staff was extremely nice. The front desk Manager was so helpful. Don't forget to go to the roof top!

The hotel itself was ok. Stayed in a family roon..very comfortable and clean . The pool was not that great. Surrounded by concrete with little to no sun exposure. Not a very child friendly pool. Location meant getting taxis everywhere

The decking around the pool area is broken and damaged in many places and need repairs. The outdoor tables and chairs are very old and dirty. Tables are rusty, with sharp edges. The 'rooftop bar' is not in use. Service is very slow, it took around 40-45 for a simple cocktail. The room was ok, although a little unclean. Soap scum on the shower screen and floor was quite dirty. We stayed on the ground floor on the south side of the building. The room was very noisy at night, constant noise from the basement area (deliveries, talking, phones ringing).

Liburan menyedihkan.
Tempat Tidur nya nyaman, ada gulingnya (jarang ada di Hotel lain). Kebersihan sangat kurang, banyak kecoak berjalan-jalan di beberapa bagian (mis. di kamar mandi, bawah tempat tidur, di area pembuat teh / kopi. sudah diinfo kan ke Staf nya dan katanya sudah dibersihkan tetapi setiap hari masih juga ada yang keluar kecoaknya. ( membuat saya tidak nyaman berada di kamar). Kamar mandi bau, sehingga dengan terpaksa kami minta dipindahkan ke kamar yang lain. Breakfast sangat tidak enak menurut saya dan selalu sama menunya (saya stay 4 hari).

After arriving after midnight we jumped into bed only to find that there were blood stains on the inside of the doona cover, needless to say we checked out the next day and I will be taking my complaint further.

Very Reasonable hotel
Only bad point I had with 3 rooms I had, where the beds where very Very Hard very uncomfortable sleep and there where loud people staying there in 4 rooms other side of our hall way carrying on all night to 6 am in the morning no fault on the hotel for them thou, hotel staff where amazing very helpful and breakfasts where very good .. I would stay there again only wish they would replace there mattresses for comfort

Wife liked this hotel as it looked clean and new.
Chose this hotel for its convenient location on Sunset Road. Walking distance to Krisna shop and Carrefour supermarket. Lots of cabs passing to go to Kuta or Seminyak and have learned how to recognise the Bluebird taxis from the colour, the bird which looks like a crane on the light, the sign The Bluebird Group on top of the front window, and the phone number 701111 on the back window. Bluebird will always use the meter and not rip you off. Other taxis will charge an exorbitant fixed price double or triple the going journey rate, and I've been told that these other cab companies who use meters clicks up to twice faster than the Bluebird cabs. I used to wonder why some cabs cost more for the same journey. Kind of spoils your trip when you get ripped off. If you get the staff to flag down a Bluebird for you, you'll make your stay more enjoyable at the Sun Boutique.

Decent hotel for a quick stay. Don't expect much.
Booked this hotel in a hurry as my other hotel was really bad. Was pleasantly surprised to get to Sun Boutique. Check in process was a bit tedious. Communicating with the staff was extremely difficult. Was expecting a higher standard given that it is a tourist hotel. Breakfast buffet was boring/gross. Same food every morning except for 2 items out of 20. No variety at all for food. Room was relatively clean. Our bedsheets had stains on them everytime they were changed. We got them to do our laundry and they came back dirtier, but they were kind enough to not charge for laundry at all.

Disappointing- can do a lot better for the money.
Was staying in another hotel but decided to stay one extra day in Bali and the previous hotel was fully booked. The Sun Boutique is positioned opposite one of Bali's most busiest round abouts (u turns). It is very very noisy. The staff were ok but not overly obliging or friendly. The room was typical for a hotel of this type but everything was broken.eg the shower, the chair, the bedding had holes in it and the side boards were all chipped. the position was a bit further from the beack then I would of liked and not walking distance to legian.

The staff was really friendly and helpful but highly do not recommend you take their transport as they jack up the price real high. Just get a taxi. But generally friendly and helpful staff who are willing to share places to go to. We stayed in a family rooms. Large and clean. Except the toilet smell a bit funny. Must be sewage problems but nothing air freshner can't fix. Dun expect a nice view though. Breakfast was very satisfactory. Near outlet stalls along jalan sunset. Worth a trip to pick up cheap deals.

Not close to anything and taxi's all struggle to find it. Pool was being drained and therefore out of action for three of our days there. Despite asking daily it took three days to get laundry done leaving us with minimal clothes to wear. It was ok but only a place to sleep.

Overnight transit
Travelling with a young family through bali for the first time we only needed a room to sleep in. Rooms are big enough for the 3 of us, clean big queen bed and staff were courteous and helpful. Cheap rates and a buffet breakfast included made this just what we needed for this trip. Most the rooms and pool were being renovated so the noise during the day was a bit annoying but since our stay was short it wasnt too bad. Would stay here again if we need to onight here again but it is a bit far from the main attractions of bali for those looking for thngs to do close by.

Clean affordable airport hotel
The price is reasonable. I got one night for USD42 including tax. Comes with free WIFI and breakfast buffet. The WIFI connection is not good. I keep getting disconnected. Breakfast is not bad - fried rice, noodle, fried egg, fresh fruit slices, coffee, sausage and bacon. The bed is a bit hard for me. The bathroom lacked exhaust and the wall is semi frosted glass. Not good for travelling with friends since they can somewhat see what you doing inside. The location is good. Beside it is a restaurant, across are some souvineir shops. Get this hotel if you just need a place close to airport.
