Heel vriendelijk personeel en hygiënisch
Vriendelijk personeel, leuk zwembad om even te sporten. Goede ligging en omdat het in een steeg ligt heb je geen last van het drukke verkeer. Goeie surf plek voor beginners. Drukke buurt wel, als je wil ontspannen moet je richting Amed gaan.

Best choice to stay
The room was clean with excellent housekeeping. Breakfast was not my taste at all. Should improve for vegetarian choices/menu.

De passage pas plus.
Bon accueil , personnel très professionnel :-) , chambre pour 3 spacieuse et literie confortable avec des draps tachés. Par contre toute petite salle de bain et surtout une très mauvaise odeur de renfermé dans toute la chambre. Et comme dans beaucoup d'hotel , les clients sont bruyants dans les couloirs et TV à fond grrhhhh.

値段が安いので施設はそれなりですけど、部屋に冷蔵庫が欲しかったです。 あとシャワー室の排水が悪くて水の抜けが悪かったです。

Overall the hotel experience was fair. The room is tidy everyday but they did not wash the glasses. And regarding the breakfast, i would rate it as very poor service. Please improve the breakfast menu. Have more variety food for the guest. Because not all guest consume eat local food. Even the porridge taste burn and cannot be consume.

Pros Great location. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Cons Paper thin walls. I could hear people 2 rooms down. Housekeeping - Hit and miss. I left to have breakfast with a friend and put the sign out for room made. Came back around 12pm room was still not made. Called Housekeeping advised me that someone will be there shortly. I left room came back around 3 pm. Room was still not cleaned. Dodgy security guard. I had a friend come visit me. The security guard (I forgot his name) came to ask her for ID. I thought it was a security check but he kept it. I thought he was going to give to the front desk for safe keeping. After 30 mins we headed back down and approached the front desk for the ID. They had no idea what we were on about. We saw the security guard and asked for the ID back. He demanded money for it. Asking 100k and not to tell the front counter about it. I demanded the ID back and he eventually gave it. I approached the front desk and complained what had happened. They said they would sort it out. I stayed for further 3 days and saw the same security guard still working and nothing was done. I would've given the property 4/5 but the way they handled my complaint was terrible.

Was in a great location if you like night life , shopping in streets stalls and close to a lot of eateries . Included breakfast was ok and overall good for the money .

Since you could not supply us a refrigerator in our room we were not able to stay there, Since my wife has medication that needs to be kept cool we were not able to stay at your hotel. But your staff did help us find another one.in Legian.

안씻고 잠만잘거면 가세요.
냉장고가 없구요 일단은 하수도 진짜 잘 물 안내려가구요. 욕실샤워커튼 곰팡이 냄새 ㅠㅠ 숨못쉬겠음 샤워만 하는데 40분 걸림 한쪽 팔닦고 물빠지는거 기다리고 또 다른팔닦고 물빠짐 기다리고 다리도 마찬가지로 나눠서 종아리-왼쪽-기다림 -오른쪽종아리 닦고 기다림 등 닦고 물빠짐기다림 가슴앞부분 닦고 물빠짐 기다림ㅠㅠ 얼굴 세수하고 기다림 오프너도 없음 밤9시인데 룸서비스로 오프너 시켰더니 레스토랑 아침에 연다하고ㅠㅠ 다행히 하루만 자기위해 가서다행임

Nice stay near sky garden
Central and good location. Room is good but the toilet is quite small. You get complementary water for your stay. Just 50 meter to sky garden. I would recommend to all.

Worth every penny
The room was clean, staffs were friendly and helpful. The only problem was the floor got a bit wet from the AC. We didn’t complain though as we thought it wasn’t a big deal. There were many family with the kids when we stayed there. And the kids were screaming loudly like late at night n we could hear it from inside of our room. But overall the hotel was pretty fine, worth every penny.

Good location but hotel needs improvement.
Good location but overall not the most pleasant stay. There was mould around the bathroom sink, we missed out on housekeeping 2 days of our 12 day stay, the room was not soundproof at all and we were constantly woken throughout the night by people returning to their rooms and talking in the hallway, and we could hear the TV from the room next door or children screaming in the pool downstairs. Our air conditioner leaked water almost every day. There was a stale cigarette smell in the bathroom and room, mainly after housekeeping had been. The breakfast was very ordinary, with very few options, and majority were spicy Asian dishes. Milk at breakfast was often warm and watered down. Staff were friendly but did not speak much English and therefore it was hard to communicate. Quite a disappointing stay considering it is only a new hotel.

Clean with a wonderful bed.
I overbooked by 2days. Surya helped comp a dinner. Perfect Bed. Wonderful set of staffs. Pool lacks sun. Wall is hollow, can hear next door's convo coming out from power point. No kidding. We had a shock and a good laugh at that. Will be back for sure.
