Extremely kind and humble staff. It doesn’t matter what you ask or need they will go above and beyond to find a solution. Hotel is located in a very good area, very close to all restaurants, stores and mall center. We had a suite and it was perfect! Breakfast was also good and had plenty of choice. If we ever go back to Bali, we are definitely staying here again! A special thanks to Tadei ( Putu) a very kind young man who drove us back to the airport.

Loud and noisey. The rooms have no isolation what so ever. Had called mutiple times for noise issues. There is a karoake bar just across the small private pool which stops at around 00:15. So before that. No sleep. Had to call at 2:30 am for loud neighbors yelling and laughing like they are sitting in the room with you. Payed extra for the private pool which you share with you're floors neighbors. It was only 50cm deep and in bad shape. Silicon is breaking off and found bolts in the pool. No idea from where. A panel came off the wall at 4 am waking us up during a thunderstorm(pic). I would never stay here again. Out of over 40 hotels i have stayed. This is the second one to make that list of 'Worst hotel'

I am sorry you were disturbed by the outdoor noise and neighbor, allow me to express my sincerest apologies The plunge pool room has been equipped with the double glass to isolated and reduced the outdoor noise if it the door closed properly and locked. We had a very pleasant stay at you're hotel. Near to the beach near to the city. The view on the rooftop was spectaculair, as was the breakfast and the pool!

Beste hotel ooit
Wegens familie omstandigheden moesten wij kuta beach heritage hotel na 2 dagen met spoed verlaten. Expedia gaf aan dat het niet mogelijk was om de kosten van de overige 6 dagen niet terug te krijgen. Wij als nog naar de receptie gegaan om de situatie daar persoonlijk uit te leggen. Het personeel en de manager van het hotel waren ontzettend meelevend en hielp met het vinden van een oplossing. Daarnaast was de kamer beter dan verwacht en het kingsize bed was ook heerlijk! Ontbijt was uitgebreid en ontzettend lekker! Volgend jaar gaan wij hier zeker weer terug om de vakantie in te halen! De manager die ons zo goed geholpen heeft was Ardha.

Rustig hotel in drukke Kuta
Realiseer dat Kuta een feest oord is voor jonge Australiërs. En dat het vol staat met Mc Donalds en tal van andere Amerikaanse ketens. Wil je Bali zien en ontdekken ga dan zeker ergens anders naar toe. Mocht je dit niet erg vinden of het een paar nachten willen mee maken dan is dit wel een zeer fijn hotel. Je merkt in het hotel niks van de drukte. Op het dak van het hotel kun je heerlijk ontspannen aan het zwembad.

Due to environmental policies they don’t actually clean the rooms with bleach or sterilise anything so my perception is the room was dirty. I only ate at the hotel and got Bali belly every time I ate, which became obvious that non sterile policy existed in the kitchen as well. It doesn’t matter how well I clean my hands if no one else does. A vacuum might work to pickup dust if you actually used it! I did see a vacuum in the hallway.. never saw it used in the room, and I did stay in to observe how the room was cleaned. The staff were made aware of room issues like toilet running constantly and still it was not rectified. If you can’t drink the water from the tap how can you hope to clean yourself without re contamination? All in all the view was spectacular.. can’t say the same for Bali belly

Checkin was easy. There’s a nice coffee area if arriving early. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room has a bar fridge. There’s a store at the base of the hotel. It is across from the beach and close to the mall plus there are many small shops and vendors close by. The breakfast buffet has many options to suit different tastes. The omelets to order were delicious.

Hotel was fine, had a nice swimming pool, the neighborhood was typical with lots of people trying to sell you something, and constantly asking where you’re from, how old are you, annoying, but that is not the hotel’s fault. There is a Starbucks next to the property.

very horrible hotel. the perfect picture on their page is a malicious deception. The location is ghetto, the rooms are horrible and smell nasty. We had to ran out of the hotel next day..

excellent rooftop pool. all staff are fantastic and happy to help out. kuta itself isn’t my pick, hotel a little dated with some cheaper repairs showing but all in all it’s a great place
