Leuk hotel vlak bij het uitgaansgebied
Leuk hotel vlak bij het uitgaansgebied. Kamer zijn redelijk groot maar de badkamer is erg klein. Je kan er je kant amper keren... bewaking voor de deur is ene kant wel fijn andere kant erg irritant aangezien je telkens je tas moet openen ook al ga je er maar even in en uit. Starbucks onder het hotel is wel lekker. Ontbijt erg uitgebreid alleen erg lekker... veel jonge feestende australiers.

Slecht ga liever naar the akmani aam de overkant
Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer die je normaal gesproken als bezemkast gebruikt geen raam niets. Bij de receptie gevraagd om een kamer met raam hebben ze niet ja als je een upgrade neemt. We zouden een balkon hebben nou niet dus althans een frans balkon. Personeel is niet vriendelijk kijkt je met arends ogen aan of je niets fout doet waarbij je een boete kan krijgen van 1,5 miljoen ruphia. Nooit meer we hebben onze vakantie verlengt en zijn naar de overkant gegeaan naar the akmani wereld van verschil.

Ok hotel. verschrikkelijke locatie!
Hotel vrij ok. Prima hotel voor die prijs. Echter het moet wel echt je ding zijn om de hele dag tussen de dronken Aussie's rond te lopen. De kamers zijn prima en nauwelijks last van geluidsoverlast. Maar zodra je het hotel uitloopt wordt je overspoeld door alles en iedereen die je iets willen verkopen van massages tot scooter ritjes, en van coke tot prostituees. Op het dak is er een prima zwembad in ieder geval prima tot een uur of 10. Dan worden de luidruchtige gasten van het hotel wakker en zit relaxed chillen er niet meer bij. Nogmaals dit is meer een Party hotel. En dat komt echt door de locatie. Kuta is gewoon niet echt Bali.

Dit is een hotel die erg laag geprijsd is voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt en de locatie. Midden in de uitgaansstraat van Kuta.

The hotel is rundown and felt like we should be staying in a hostel. The walls are paper thin to the point you can hear someone drop the remote next door. We had complained almost every night about other guests making noise- we could hear them right next to us, in the hallway or all the way across the other side of the hotel. We got so fed up with this hotel we left early and stayed elsewhere. When we checked out they tried to make us sign a waiver so that we could not write anything negative about our stay. There was no refund or compensation. They only offered for us to move rooms but what would be the point when we would have the same issue?

Super super noisy. Wrong room was provided then there was a real hassle trying to get the right one. Spa was never manned. Pool area was nice but honestly this place wasint worth the price for the extereme noise from the street and the lack of service.

Room was incredibly noisy! When we asked to move staff offered us one room down only. The aircon in the room was freezing even when we changed the temp. Asked staff if we could she’s an extra blanket & was told it’s not possible due to the ‘budget’ room we had selected, even we we paid extra for it. We stayed in another hotel up the road which was far better.

It started with a 1 hour wait for the driver (transfer). Too busy saying there is no refund if I take a take, than finding out where the driver was. ( this price is more than other hotels and taxis). Bathroom had leaking pipes and this was pointed out on day 1 and still faulty on the last day. House keeping, none existent. Refused a refund if I checked out early. Management were offensive. Refuse to recommend this hotel

Hotel is large, clean with lovely pool areas. Convenient breakfast option is great and although a little more expensive, the restaurant and bar is a great place to finish your day at. Rooms are clean and spacious and the air conditioning is very good. Recommend this for first time travelers as their location is Right in the middle of everything you’re looking for

Check in is not until 3pm but they let you use the pool/facilities while you wait. Staff are very friendly and want to make your stay as great as possible. Great value for the price. Pools are beautiful and not busy.

No soundproof walls, could hear EVERYTHING coming from rooms next door. The downstairs bar which was always empty had loud music till 2am most nights which was unnecessary. No pool towels provided two days in a row. And only one power outlet in the entire room which was on the far corner wall not near the bed. Moved hotels half way through my stay. Staff very polite however.

During the day it was very good Evening was terrible, so noisy could barely sleep. Could hear everything from others rooms and the restaurant turned into a night club all night.

The property has gone down hill since covid has happened staff not very knowledgeable not sure what you are talking about, more interested in their mobile phones. They needed staff that actually helped you or went out of their way to give you that good experience. The breakfast was mostly Indonesian food, took so long for staff to get ready for breakfast and just to get an egg Or omelette took forever the lines were too long. Our rooms didn’t have towels multiple times we had to ask for them and took them forever to get towels.

Regarding your comments about our limited English staff, we half maximize service with available staff, we provide them with full product knowledge, operational training and speak good English. Sorry if there is a language barrier that occurred during your stay. We apologize that you feel that most of the breakfast choices are Indonesian menus. We try to offer a variety of choices for our guests with a full continental buffet. Our team is always trying to replenish food as quickly as possible, we recommend arriving early before the breakfast rush. But rest assured we are passing these comments on to the team to make sure not to leave the guests waiting. We apologize about the availability of towels that are very limited because they are still in the washing process so the stock of towels is running low. We apologize for the inconvenience. Great Stay
Had a good stay here. Pool was nice and they had happy hour deals (food wasnt available but on menu so maybe sometimes) and fun music, we could hear from room barely but it ends at 9pm. Location is very convenient to beach bars restaurants and shopping. We had to wait until 2pm to check in and apparently so did everyone which made check in take longer and more chaotic than simply letting everyone check in upon arrival if room was ready.

The hotel is situated in the middle of legian. As soo as you walk down the stairs at the front you are attacked by taxi, bike and shop owners. The breakfast is very ordinary
