Het personeel is vriendelijk echter communiceert niet met elkaar, na 4 keer werdt uiteindelijk de batterij van het kluisje vervangen. 7 x niet in de kamer gekund omdat het slot van slag was. Het water om te douchen was een klein straaltje en dan weer warm / koud. Tevens hing er een riolerings lucht in de badkamer. Het ontbijt was goed met redelijke keuze en het bed was erg comfortabel.

Heel goede ligging om kuta te ontdekken , maar geen Europees ontbijt en slechte uitvalsbasis om eiland te bezoeken veel te veel verkeer , wel oppassen voor allerhande geld wisseltrucs

Will stay again when in Kuta. Beach across the street, entertainment, small market next store, restaurants/bars everywhere, great view from the room and best of all…..the staff. Friendly and attentive.

Plus: location, staf hospitality Minus: poor building finishing condition, a bit on the expensive side for that standard. My shower handle was broken on my first day but the staff fixed it. Towel hanger very far from shower, making us walking across the sink with dripping water. There are only body towels provided, no hand/2nd towels available.

The property is very old. You need urgently maintenance. No lighting along the balcony to our room. It's completely scary and unsecured. But more scarier is the room. The wooden floor got peeled off, the toilet area are full of mold. Staff seem doesn't know the simply information about Kuta.

Disappointing hotel
The hotel is in a nice location and walking distance to many shops and restaurant. The front desk staff are very helpful and polite. Away from the main façade, the condition of the hotel is rather disappointing. The table in the room is broken. The safe in the room is free standing and not mounted to the wall. Wardrobe lights are blown. Chairs are moldy. The showerhead is slimy Breakfast is not worth the top-up. Food choices are very limited, and the food quality is very poor. There are about 5 waiters hiding in the corner of the restaurant that only seem to care about clearing up the tables.

The staff were beautiful and very friendly. I felt very welcomed. The rooms are old, we had an issue with air conditioner not working and some power points. It was a great location close to everything you need.

Huge disappointment
The hotel seems to have really struggled due to the pandemic. Over half of the rooms do not seem to be available and do not appear to be maintained, only one elevator is working, paint is peeling from the walls, electric sockets are loose, the family pool is dirty, the balcony doors loudly creak at the slightest outdoor wind, no soundproofing at all, the aircon is extremely loud, drinks in the minifridge stayed warm, and despite being called smoke free, the rooms wreek of cigarette smoke. That being said, the staff are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast is great too.

The hotel is based in a busy area of Kuta, which is very practical. The staff was very kind. The food was good. It seems that the pandemic caused some difficulties because parts of the hotel would need some maintenance.

The staff are very nice and helpful .. i didn’t like the cleanliness of the room we had 4 cockroaches in the room i think they should use pesticides or something .. they sent someone to remove them quickly and said they will close the drain i think they should do something more about that maybe spray something to avoid them coming in the room. Other than that the place has nice pool area .. walkable distance from beachwalk mall many resturants and spas near by

The staff are absolutely amazing but the hotel does need some upgrades. Beach is directly across the road with easy access. Pools are beautiful and clean. I had a great view of the beach. Great cocktails and light meals.

Overall, had a pleasant stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Beach is right across the street. The trees were blocking the view from our room so you can’t see the ocean. Our room was upgraded which was a great. The room is small but was adequate. It could use some upgrades and better cleaning. Some stains on couch and walls. Good stay for the price.

The position of the hotel is good. The rooms are spacious and quite clean. There is a lot of building work on the extension. The staff whilst are very pleasant, their English is very limited. It takes a long time for any request to be delivered. The breakfast is very average and the staff do not refill unless asked to do so,then prepare to wait.

The staff need to be trained, no-one was at the door to help with luggage, first two rooms were very noisy because of the pool filter, no shade whatsoever in the front pool, breakfast was poor, had to keep asking the staff to refill the dishes that were empty, had to ask for knives and teaspoons each morning, no-one told us there was a second pool, which was very nice but only 4 chairs, ridiculous, and we were told they had no others. the staff were very nice and pretty helpful. The room we were in was nice enough, bed comfortable, air con ok and the cleaning was good.

Après une journée de voyage, nous arrivons à l'hôtel vers 19h00. Nous avions une chambre côté piscine. Quelle déception: - personne nous propose de monter nos valises. Après avoir fait 4 hôtels durant le séjour avant celui-ci, c'est la première fois que personne ne nous propose d'apporter nos valises dans la chambre. - pas d'eau chaude à notre arrivée, on nous demande d'attendre... après 5h de voyage, on avait qu'une seule envie: prendre une douche chaude... - l'interstice entre l'abattant de la lunette à toilettes et le réservoir d'eau était immonde, pas nettoyé - les joints de la salle de bain étaient grossier (2 cm de largeur) et abîmés. pas top pour un 4 étoiles - des taches sur les draps... - un bruit continuel et assourdissant de ruissellement dans le mur parce qu'on était à côté de la piscine?) Après notre douche froide, on demande à changer de chambre. - pas d'excuses ni de compassion de la part de la réceptionniste - pas d'aide pour changer les valises de chambre - on nous donne une autre chambre avec Balcon ( au lieu de piscine) - pas de diffuseur anti-moustique. les hôtels précédent en avaient tous. Seulement 20000 IDR dans le minimart, mais en pleine nuit, quand on se fait piquer sous les draps... - attente pour les serviettes de plages entre 10 et 25 min à la réception! incroyable pour un hôtel en face de la plage (rue a traverser) - et la cerise sur le gâteau: moisissure à l'intérieur du pain au petit-déjeuner - vitre de 1mm d'épaisseur. on entend toute la rue

• This property has great staff! They help you in all the ways they can. • Continental breakfast is awesome, everything tastes good! • Strong wifi connection. • Clean room with quite worn out bathroom. • They don’t have dry/steam iron on the room, so, they provide complimentary service - 2 pcs per day per room. • Good location - near the beach, convenience stores, restaurants, money changer, beachwalk mall, etc.
