'Our stay at Bliss was nothing short of spectacular, the staff there are INCREDIBLY kind and caring. You really feel like you are being hosted by family when you stay here. My partner and I got engaged during our trip and they went and got us cake from a bakery down the street!! We will definitely be returning to Niseko and staying at Bliss Lodging!'

'Visiting for a ski trip. Accommodations were warm, spacious, clean and honestly perfect. Location is outstanding directly next to 3 bus lines. Walking to food, bars & Downtown area. Hosts was very responsive and easy to work with. '

'Such an amazing experience staying here for a week. Our group of 6 stayed in the Villa Tsubaki and had plenty of space. The entire Bliss staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly. Above and beyond service and hospitality. Cannot recommend staying here enough & will be happy to return in the future. '

'Stayed in the self contained 1br. Large and spacious. Staff were very friendly, helpful and great at communicating via email prior to and during stay. organising pick up via bus and having our SIM cards delivered was a breeze. It’s a few minutes walk from the shuttle bus and a handful of restaurants and bars. About 5 mins to the gondola with the shuttle. My only criticisms are that the walls are so thin that I thought the neighbours phone vibrations were my own, and whilst the shower size was...

'The room view was great, and the weather was great on the first day, which is essential to enjoy the view of Mt. Yotei. The room was clean but not air-conditioned. Houses in Hokkaido are designed primarily for winter, so it wasn’t cool enough during high summer. Considering the level of global warming, I suppose an air-con will be a must in Hokkaido now... unless the present trend reversed and the climate gets cooler. Otherwise the stay was great!!!'

'This was our third stay at Freedom Inn. We love the location within walking distance to the ski field but away from touristy Hirafu. They have a great pick up drop off shuttle service which can take you to dinner in either Hirafu or Kutchan. Try Kutchan for a more authentic japanese experience. You can even stop by an onsen on the way! There also is a free shuttle to/from the ski lifts. The rooms are very spaceous and there is an onsen/ouffro on site too. The photos don't really do this place...

'清潔感のあるとても綺麗な施設でした。洗濯機まで備えて頂いてるのがとても助かります。今時期は汗かいてもすぐに洗濯する事ができるので。食器洗い機までついていて食事後の食器洗いの手間もなくとても便利です。 ただ、今年の夏は少し暑かったようなのでエアコンがついてなくて扇風機1台だと少し暑い気はしました、、。 それ以外はとても良い施設だと思うのでまたぜひ次回も利用させて頂きたいと思います。 楽しく旅行する事が出来ました。 ありがとうございました。'
