I would not recommend anyone to stay at Kuwait Palace Hotel. Everything is run down and the amenities are close to none. You would expect at an apartment with a kitchen to have more than 2 plates, 2 forks, one knife and one spoon. I had to buy everything in order to use the one plate hub. There is no dish rack. The first night there was a flood in the bathroom which I had to insist several times to get fixed the next day. I could not take a shower as there was not enough running water for 2 days. The alarm went off almost every hour for the first three days until they fixed it. The new hired cleaning company were given limited supplies to clean and they did not have a vacuum cleaner. The cleaning company do not speak Arabic nor English, so it is difficult to communicate. Management expected me to use an app for translation to! I was given a renovated apartment the second week but the problems remained as the building has a plumbing problem. There are no sheets on the duvet. They expect you to sleep without and when you speak to management they promise everything, but do nothing. I was so happy to leave that place after 2 weeks. An absolute disaster and expensive at that!

Geez, the reception is nicely designed, definitely shows it has time and at least for me it looked like a middle eastern designed hotel so I was excited to experience how different it would be. Love the detailed walls and tiles but boy it needs refurbishing. Floor rags needs replacement, clothe paintings need cleaning, needs good scent in the hallway, needs separate rooms for smoking and non smoking rooms. The chairs and couch smells of cigarettes. No towel in the bathroom?? Good thing is the AC blew cold, the bed is big and pillows are decent. I like the loft upstairs bed, cool design like a tiny home.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building. Although the hotel is not modern, I found the incredible decoration of the place to be a highlight of my stay. The room was very large and had a fridge, and it was perfect for a quick visit to Kuwait City. The view from the roof is incredible, and I absolutely loved the Persian decor of the lobby and hallways. Would stay again!

Dirty room staff not helpful and did not want to know about any problem, I checked out the same day I checked in after speaking with receptionist about my problem but I didn’t get any answers and no refund, I’m very disappointed, And I need someone to look in to this and get back to.
