The space
This modern villa near Aburi Hills features handcrafted furniture by Ghanaian artisans, made from local materials. All electrical items are high-end, including powerful AC units, a Samsung American-style fridge, and a 4K LG smart TV with Netflix.

The garden is filled with tropical plants and includes a grassy area suitable for small events or outdoor relaxation. The professionally maintained private infinity pool is an oasis surrounded by lush greenery and is exclusively for your use.

Battery-powered backup electricity keeps everything running during outages—silent and fume-free.

The ground floor includes:

A spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area

One double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. We can provide a comfortable single mattress if you have a third guest or child.

A separate guest bathroom

The upper floors remain closed during your stay for privacy. If you only need more bedrooms, check our other listings for a three-bedroom option.

This secure home has an electric fence, window security bars on the ground floor, and a night security guard for added peace of mind.

Guest access
The house is located near Ayi Mensah Park, at the foot of the scenic Aburi Hills.

IMPORTANT LOCATION INFORMATION: This is not a city centre property—it’s your peaceful escape from the city.

The immediate area is residential and the house sits in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. It’s relatively quiet for Accra, with no loud bars or churches nearby. We enjoy sitting in the garden and listening to the birds! As in most parts of Accra, occasional nearby building works may occur.

There are local restaurants in the area—we’re happy to provide recommendations on request. Oyarifa Mall (walking distance or a short drive) has a supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants.

Peduase Valley Resort in Aburi offers upscale dining, including buffets and live music on weekends. The hotel also has a pool and a play area. Hillburi, also in Aburi, features a restaurant with good local food—less upscale than Peduase, which some guests will prefer. Hillburi also has a pool and play area.

Other things to note
The pool is not fenced - children must be supervised at all times when outside.

Drinking water is provided throughout your stay.

Breakfast is included, we will liaise with you to establish the best time for housekeeping to prepare this for you.

We have a fibre internet connection.

The property has hot water in all sinks & showers.

Laundry service is provided (guests do not have access to the laundry room) along with regular cleaning throughout your stay. The gardener comes a few days per week.
