Great facilities, nice and quiet rooms, good view. Very close to main areas of the city and Metro. Staff was friendly but not always very service minded and bit passive.

Photos of the gym are outdated. It’s now a bunker. Hotel was not sympathetic to my request for partial refund. Didn’t really care. The overall vibe of the hotel is drab and the tiny room has a depressing view onto a tiny courtyard. I would not recommend.

A beautiful hotel near a key metro station and a short walk from points of interest. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent. It seemed the entire staff was English-speaking, and they were more than willing to help. I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a beautiful property, but the great people were what really made the difference.

It was so clean and friendly hotel. We arrive at 10.00 pm before the check-in time and they accept us. I strongly recomend. But ı expected the location is more close to city center, but it is also ok ıf the weather is good.

Bra gym och bastuavdelning. Rummet var fräscht och hade ett rymligt badrum. Restaurangen har en fin vy över stan, men är dock dyrare jämfört med den allmänna prisnivån i Kiev.

Alles Gut!
Nettes, perfekt englisch sprechendes Personal an der Rezeption und ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade auf einen Raum mit Balkon - da kann schon mal nichts schief gehen. Die Zimmer sind ausgesprochen sauber und groß. Dazu kommt eine moderne Einrichtung. Das Hotel ist 5 Minuten von der Ubahn Haltestelle Universität entfernt und von dieser lässt sich ganz Kiew gut erschließen. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Goldene Tor oder die Oper sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung und ich würde es beim nächsten Kiew Trip sofort wieder buchen.

Hotel comodo ma posizione non del tutto funzionale
La struttura è nuova e piacevole per soggiornare. Tra gli elementi che spiccano sono la spaziosità delle camere e la vista dal 15esimo piano durante la colazione. I letti sono comodi e le camere sono pulite, anche il bagno, la postazione lavorativa (tavolino) e le prese sono pratiche e funzionali. Purtroppo durante il mio soggiorno ho riscontrato anche alcuni elementi che non mi hanno soddisfatto, alcuni prevedibili altri meno. Le finestre della mia camera non chiudevano bene e questo faceva entrare freddo all'interno della stanza, il riscaldamento non sembrava acceso e la camera era piuttosto fredda. Il parcheggio c'è ma è piccolissimo, muovendomi in taxi non ho percepito molto la scomodità, ma anche solo entrare ed uscire con il taxi è stato a volte spiacevole per chè non è prevista una sona per il carico/scarico. Il ristorante ha una bella vista ma la colazione era del tutto mediocre. L'albergo ha qualche ristorante vicino ma la scelta è limitata. In conclusione il soggiorno è stato piacevole ed è possibile che torni ancora in questa struttura, ovviamente se anche la seconda volta il riscaldamento sarà spento in stagione fredda probabilmente non tornerò più (o solo d'estate).

in simple way: 1. I got food poisoned. Zero reaction of the hotel administration when I told them even a word "Sorry" 2. I extend my stay for 5 days, even I got confirmation to stay in same room, I surprised, they moved me to a room for disabled people which looks like hospital. But when I refuse it, they moved me to a normal room which were available at the beginning. 3. They claim to have parking :) For a 15 stories hotel - 8 parking places and 2 of them are occupied by hotel, this mean 1 parking place for each 16 rooms. 4. No destinations !! 5. Many thanks to staff especially to Mr. Andrey which forced me to move to another hotel.. I'm really enjoing now my trip.

Its a pity I didnt meet you personally to welcoming you, but also I'm regret that I didnt receive from you feedback during your stay and didnt assist you because I wasnt informed about your sickness, we could arrange doctors visit or any help during your stay and you could feel the flair of hospitality. This is what we usually do and it confirm thousands of reviews over the internet. Please let me explain to you that we are fully booked those days thats why it is difficult to confirm the certain room or parking slots to the guests - it depents on our availability. But we are definitely trying to satisfy the guests needs, and we are trying to do our best. You are absolutely correct that unfortunately we dont have enough parking slots for all our valuable guests. Please note that are at the city center, and central areas are usually overcrowded, thats why our colleagues at Front Desk can recommend the places where guests can find the place for car.
