'Great hotel in the centre of Fukuoka, a little old but perfect service !'

'Check-in good and professional, room okay, internet no problems. What really annoyed was that this hotel is being sold with gym and pool while 1) you must make a reservation(?) for either of them to use it and 2) additional price of 3000yen for the gym and 6000 for the pool!!'

'Excellent service by all the staff, outside noise is a bit loud (people walking on hallway, etc.). Room is spacious but TV could use an upgrade with no SmartTV functions. Room service food was excellent!'
