'Check in process was easy thanks to the front desk girls. They spoke English, which was great. They were helpful and courteous. The shuttle was a plus. We rented a car for the trip and retuened it 1 day earlier so all we needed to do on our departure date was to have the shuttle drop us off, this saved us a lot of time.'

'This is a beautiful hotel made of alot of glass. There is a glass chapel in the middle of it on the 3rd floor that is really pretty as well. The buffet was good....just had to walk to the adjacent building. We had sone drinks at the bar on the top floor thats open till midnight. Bartender was very cool. The office staff went out of their way trying to understand me and get me a cab to go eat dinner. I would definitely stay here again. '

'天文館から近く、大浴場もあり、清潔で良いホテルでした。また朝食会場が最上階で晴れていれば桜島がよく見える眺望で、朝食もとても美味しく大満足です！ここに泊まるなら少し高くなっても朝食を付けるべきかと。自分は使いませんでしたが、部屋のお風呂がビジホには珍しく洗い場付きだったので、子連れにも良いかと思います。'
