'Mooie ruime kamer met Kumamon thema. Met schattige knuffels ingericht. Geweldig uitzicht op de vulkaan! Ik begrijp alleen niet waarom er maar 1 nogal dunne handdoek verstrekt wordt. Douche produceert zeer dunne straal dus dat is niet fijn douchen. Uitstekend diner- en ontbijt buffet. Onsen is ook goed. '

The staff helped us store our baggage before check in and figure out how to get the baggage to the train station. We were provided a variety of complimentary gifts, and a map of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean, and the private baths were a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area.'

'The property was amazing. Check-in was very smooth and excellent explanations. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The hot spring was also really nice. They change the men's/women's periodically, so make sure to experience both! I especially appreciated the fine touches that gave me a small smile - the same artist who made the flower vases also made the coffee cups in the lounge :) And the coffee was excellent.'
