We are renting out our beautiful and cozy vacation rental in Albir (Alfaz del Pi). It’s located in the very best part of Albir, just 100 meters from the beach and very close to the town center. The apartment is located in a well-maintained residential complex with a beautiful garden and a fantastic, very large pool.
The apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It features 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a sleeper sofa) that can accommodate 4 people. 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, plus 1 additional guest toilet; 1 large living room; 1 kitchen with dining table; 1 sunroom with access to the garden/patio; direct access to the pool.
Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning (heating/cooling). A washer and dryer are also available. Everything is well-maintained.
Albir is a highly sought-after destination on the Costa Blanca that is popular year-round and known for its wonderful climate and excellent water quality. It has everything you could need: doctors, supermarkets, bars, many restaurants, and a great beach.
Albir is located about 45 km from Alicante Airport and can be reached by bus or rental car in 30–40 minutes.
The neighboring town of Altea, with its charming old town featuring the famous plaza and cathedral, or the party town of Benidorm—everything is just a short drive away. We love our location because you can do all kinds of leisure activities there: hiking, water sports, biking, motorcycling, tennis, golf, paddle tennis, dining out at fantastic restaurants, and chilling on the beach, etc.—simply everything is nearby.

The apartment is very nicely furnished. All bedrooms have shutters to ensure a good night’s sleep. The double bed and the sleeper sofa are like new and super comfortable. The living room features a large, like-new corner sofa with a table, and a large TV is also available. Wi-Fi is provided.
The sunroom is particularly lovely, offering a view of the garden, pool, and terrace, complete with a beautiful dining table. The small garden terrace is perfect for a wonderful breakfast in the sun or for cozy evenings.
The large, well-maintained pool is simply fantastic. It’s accessible directly from our terrace. It’s perfect for cooling off throughout the summer or for staying active.
