Charming studio in the center of l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue!

I am renting for the first time this pretty studio completely refurbished in an old Provencal house in the immediate vicinity of the city center.
It consists of an entrance per bedroom/living room equipped with an excellent and very comfortable Italian sofa bed, a corridor leading to a bathroom with washing machine, separate toilets and a nice fully equipped kitchen (oven, coffee machine, fridge, induction hob). The real bonus of this studio are its two courtyards with garden furniture, one of which is entirely private and opens onto the kitchen. Smokers are allowed and will be able to use these spaces for smoking.
The apartment is located in front of an arm of the Sorgue, it overlooks the Portalet parking lot where you can park. The city center is a 2-minute walk away.
This apartment is very pleasant, bright, practical and very quiet since the small road in front is one-way.
I can make two mountain bikes available for 15€/day (prices in stores are 28€/day). And pets are welcome!
